Two years ago, First Data s Innovation Lab embarked on a journey to completely understand how consumers interact with their money and manage their financial lives. Applying the Design Thinking approach, we drew upon logic, imagination, intuition and systemic reasoning to uncover unmet, unarticulated consumer needs and potential solutions that would benefit both our clients and their end users.
