4 CLINTON MANGANESE PROPERTY 100% OWNED Clinton Manganese Property consists of 3 separate mineral claims, covering hectares land, located 3 6 kilometres to the south of the village of Clinton in British Columbia, Canada. Excellent infrastructure support, road accessible, located 40 kilometres to the northwest of Cache Creek, and 400 kilometres to the north of Vancouver, BC. It can be accessed by Highway 97 on the original Cariboo road. British Columbia rail line is also located near the Property. 4

5 WHY MANGANESE MATTERS Using manganese can significantly bring down the manufacturing cost of lithium ion batteries which is a major factor in high cost of EV Lithium ion Manganese batteries are a promising technology as their manganese oxide components are earth abundant, inexpensive, nontoxic, and provide better thermal stability. Manganese is among the most widely used metals in the world, fourth after iron, aluminum, and copper. 90% of manganese is now used in the steel industry.

7 INDUSTRY TREND Going to Manganese 3M has its own patented NMC, based on work done by Dr. Jeff Dahn at Dalhousie University. LG Chem uses 3M s formulation of NMC and supplies its NMC based Li ion cells to Chevy Volt and Nissan Leaf. General Electric has selected the Li MnO2, system as it offers the best balance of safety and performance. BMW i3 also use NMC batteries. Tesla recently signed 5 year exclusive partnership with Jeff Dahn, a prominent NMC battery researcher to explore reducing the costs of its batteries.

9 THE MONT SORCIER VANADIUM, IRON, TITANIUM DEPOSIT This property consists of 57 irregularly shaped staked claims covering 1,919 hectares located immediately adjacent to the NE extremity of the Lac Chibougamau claim block and is subject to a 2% gross metal royalty to Globex.

10 NI TECHNICAL REPORT Three types of mineralization are recognized on the claims under study: 1. Gold: two gold occurrences are known on the mining property under study; the Baie Magnetite Ouest (Au) showing discovered within the anorthosite ofthe Lac Dore Complex by prospecting in 1993 the gold mineralization present within drill hole SC within the first 100 meters of the drill hole 2. VMS: Two parallel horizons favourable for volcanogenic massive sulphide mineralization (exhalite) are present within the mafic volcanic close to their contact with the mafic to ultramafic Lac Dore Complex. These horizons have been partly tested by drilling close to surface with anomalous copper and zinc values. 3. Fe Ti V: The property under study is better known for its large potential for iron (magnetite) with significant values of vanadium and minor titanium values. Historical resources have been delineated for the iron potential.

12 VANADIUM Vanadium redox flow batteries (VRFBs) have emerged as a promising solution for grid services because of their long lifecycle potential and high energy capacity, which can provide extended discharge times. Canada is not currently a primary producer of V 2 O 5 and only 1.3 kilotons of vanadium (kt V) was produced in Canada in 2014 from secondary sources. Given the opportunity for growth, NRC is working on a vanadium market assessment report exploring Canada s role as a potential producer and supplier of high purity V 2 O 5 for North America.
