1 User story This is Sheldon. Sheldon works as a technical consultant in a company that provide technical support to its customers SAP systems. He is a team leader as well which oversee a group of technical consultants. Every morning after a cup of coffee, he sits down at his favourite spot and start to arrange tasks for his team. He need to know the utilization for each of his team members. He starts to check s, talk to each of his team member or even make calls just to get each team member to update him on their capacity and tasks for the day. After that he need go through all the new support tickets and start to assign them to his team to ensure his team utilization is over 80%. To do that he need to check the current tasks of his team members and assign them based on their capacity. He also need to arrange non-billable tasks to fill up the rest of his team utilization for the day. And finally he need update a spreadsheet to report the capacity of his team to the management. Sheldon will be most happy to have an app that help him cut short the time he need to spend on this mundane task, so that he could spend more time solving space time geometry ummm.. his customer technical issues. The app will be able to present to him clearly all the tasks that are assigned to each of his team member. It will allow him to assign task to his team. And more importantly, the utilization of his team is in reach of just a few clicks. And the same report will be viewable directly by the management team. This app is suitable for all organization that needs access to quick team utilization report as well as team tasks assignment, for example, a software development team or even a team of theoretical physicist at a university.

4 Point of view User: Sheldon Need away to: - View each team member utilization and tasks for the day - Assign task to team member - View whole team utilization So that: - Team utilization for that day is above the set target - Management could view the same team utilization report Mockup Overview screen - The team utilization app uses a split screen master-detail design - On the master view, it has a list of all the members in the team - On the detail view, it displays the detail utilization for the particular team member selected in the master view. - On the header of the master view, it display the date for which the utilization is displayed. The date can be changed by clicking on the calendar button.

5 Individual utilization screen - On the individual utilization screen, the team leader can view the tasks that is assigned to the team member for the date selected, his/her utilization for the date and his/her utilization for the week. This is done by clicking on the tab icons.

6 Task creation screen - Clicking on Create task button at the footer will open a pop up for team leader to create task for the team member. Ideally, following fiori concept this should be triggering a separate creation app. This creation app should be made available at the launch pad. Team utilization screen - Click on the Individual or Team icon at the right of detail screen header to switch between Individual and Team view.

7 - This screen shows the utilization for the whole team on the date selected. - Share button at the right of the footer can be used to send the chart in an to management. Link to study cipant/a44d46feff28ca5b0babf1d8 SAP Web IDE App Prototype - A prototype is built for the split master-detail screen that shows individual utilization. - Eclipse based SAP mobile platform odata modeller is used to design the odata edmx file. - A Web IDE project is then created based on Master-Detail Application template and using the edmx file as the service source.

8 Prototype navigation (Run with mock server): - Clicking on the team member list will display each member utilization and tasks - Clicking on different tab will show the chart for weekly and today utilization
