Pork, veal and beef are processed form slaughter to cooked meat-based products. Hovis employs approximately 3,800 people at 10 bakeries, 6 flour mills and 2 regional distribution centres across the UK. Originally wooden crates and trays were used to transport bread however Hovis have been using various sizes and styles of plastic basket for over 30 years.
