23 23 GOLDEN How can the vision zero successful implemented at the workplace? To create and lean and manageable instrument we developed the 7 Rules for check the status as regards safety in a company RULES

24 SHOW COMMITMENT & LEADERSHIP Management requires honest communication and clear style of leadership. Signs of good management: reliability, attentiveness, open communication, praise and consistency. Employers and management established the rules and make sure everybody knows and complies on and keep the rules. What the manager do, tolerate and promote sets 24 the standards for all workers.
