1 Position1: Senior Scientist/Principal Scientist Field: Immunology, Immuno-Oncology Department: Discovery Biology : o Develop and conduct cell or immune based assays to support drug discovery in cancer immunotherapy, inflammation and autoimmune diseases. Work with the team members to meet project timeline. Independently carry out bench-work experiments in cell biology and molecular biology. (50%) o As study or project leader, drive the study/project forward by managing the team member activities. Participate in or lead experimental design. Make recommendations/decisions for changes in experimental procedures that improve quality or productivity of the results. Read published literatures relevant to the work and propose new ideas/solutions. Coordinate and plan the work with different internal or external functional groups. (30%) o Maintain an up-to-date laboratory notebook that records experimental methods, materials and results. Keep supervisor and project team informed on current status of work. Education/training background: Candidate should have a PhD degree in immunology, or relevant cell biology field year industry experience is a plus. B. Knowledge/Skills: o Deep understanding of fundamental immunology. Expertise in immuno-oncology, autoimmune diseases and inflammation. Familiar with emerging new science and/or technologies in antibody discovery. o Track record of contributing to progression of immunology programs ranging from target discovery to proof-of-concept. Experience of leading drug discovery projects is expected. o Expertise with in vitro assay development, primary immune cell assays, and mechanism of action studies. C. Position2: Senior Project Manager Job information We are seeking talented biologics project management professional to join this fast growing company. As a Senior PM Professional, you will oversee the whole projects and work together with other project leaders to keep your project running on time and on budget. You will manage all project deliverables as well your project costs. You will provide feedback to your team throughout its entirety to help improve overall performance. Position3: Senior Scientist/Principal Scientist of Antibody Discovery Department: Biological Therapeutics Discovery o We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scientist with hands-on experience in antibody discovery using hybridoma, B-cell cloning or other related technologies to join us. o Responsibilities will include antibody lead generation to support biological therapeutics programs and early target discovery efforts across multiple disease areas. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in designing and executing antibody discovery projects, be familiar with immunization strategies against difficult targets, designing protein and cell-based assays for binding and functional activity selection of targetspecific antibody candidates. o Education / training background Candidate should have a PhD with 5-8 years, or MS with 7-10 years of related experience in immunology, cell biology or biochemistry. Prior industry experience is a strong plus. o Knowledge / Skills Expertise in immunization strategies. Experience in monoclonal antibody generation from immunized sources, including hybridoma generation, B-cell cloning and phage/yeast display in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting. Expertise in designing and executing immunological methods such as ELISA, FACS, Western, ForteBio Octet and cell-based assays. Produce and purify antibodies from hybridoma supernatants. Familiarity with antibody properties and sequences. Broad experience in cell biology, including mammalian cell culture, cell transfection, and

Drive efforts to isolate, clone, and build new molecules to support biological therapeutics programs and early target discovery efforts across multiple disease areas. Lead engineering and humanization of novel antibody therapeutics, design of new assays to support the development, testing and functional analysis of lead candidates, use of techniques employing molecular biology, biochemistry, structural modeling for antibody affinity maturation and antibody stabilization. o Education / training background Candidate should have a PhD with 5-8 years, or MS with 7-10 years of experience in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Structural Biology, Immunology or related discipline. Prior industry experience is a strong plus. o Knowledge / Skills Experience in structure modeling of antibodies. Experience in the design, execution, and analysis of immunological, biochemical, molecular, and/or cellular assays, such as ELISA, FACS, ForteBio Octet and, Western Blot. Expertise utilizing techniques for antibody engineering, antibody humanization, affinity maturation and antibody stabilization. Familiarity with antibody properties and sequences. Experience in cell biology, including mammalian cell culture, cell transfection, and protein expression. Experience in molecular biology techniques such as cloning, RT-PCR, vector construction, and sequence analysis.

Position5: Senior Scientist/Principal Scientist of Protein Sciences and Cell Line Engineering Department: Biological Therapeutics Discovery o We are looking for an experienced protein biochemist to join our protein science and cell line engineering team. o The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of protein biochemistry, with experience expressing and purifying antibody-based therapeutic candidates in mammalian systems. The candidate will have experience with analytical biochemistry (SEC, CE-SDS, LC/MS) and molecular biology (cloning, plasmid construction, sequence verification). o The candidate is expected to express, purify, and characterize recombinant proteins, monospecific and bispecific antibodies for the R&D pipeline in both small and large scales. o The candidate will provide protein reagents and cell lines to support antibody discovery efforts, o The candidate is expected to introduce and develop new technologies to drive the production and purification of novel therapeutic candidates. o Education / training background PhD with 5-8 years, or MS with 7-10 years of experience in Analytical chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemistry or other relevant discipline. o Knowledge / Skills Experience in protein production with bacterial and mammalian cell culture, bioreactor, wave bag and cell harvest. Knowledge and experience in laboratory scale protein purification, employing Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC), Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Ion-Exchange (IEX), and affinity chromatography. Experience with GE AKTA FPLC and unicorn software preferred.

6 Hands on experience with analytical techniques, including HIC-HPLC, LC/MS, SEC, IEX, RP-HPLC, DSC, and capillary electrophoresis (e.g. reduced and non-reduced CE-SDS, icief). Previous experience in the discovery and development of bispecific antibodies is desired. Strong problem-solving skills.
