Individua icensed users must be used when performing API operations which modify data in a Data Reationship Management appication. Proxy users with an Orace Data Reationship Steward icense are *not* permitted to perform create, update or deete operations in rea-time or in batch using the DRM API or DRM Batch Cient. Proxy users are permitted to use the DRM Request API. This API offers the abiity to create and update requests which woud be used by externa workfow appications to persist pending changes to DRM. Proxy users may *not* be used to commit changes to DRM that were approved via an externa workfow. Fina approvers or committers must be icensed Orace Data Reationship Steward users with user roes authorized to interactivey make changes within DRM to ensure audit integrity. Simiary, a proxy user with the Governance User roe may be used to programmaticay submit changes from externa systems into the Orace Data Reationship Governance appication. Further, proxy users may aso invoke the DRM API/web services via the Anonymous User roe provided one has icensed the Orace Data Reationship Management Read Ony Access option.
