We have CKYCR solution and as it is similar to CIBIL requirement hence request you to kindly include CIBIL data submission also as one of the option. 1 5 EC-8 The Bidder has to give unconditional undertaking for providing service support/component parts, software s of all quoted products for minimum three years from the date of installation. The system should check the names of customers with the data base of Central KYC Registry, as per bank s requirement Bank cannot access the database of CERSAICheck the existing data.it can only check the names once the file is uploaded on CERSAI whether the existing customer details exist or not The bidder should specify the configurations of required Hardware, Operating System and Database and will be responsible for sizing, installation and integration of all Hardware, storage and Network including Operating system and Database at DC and DR. 4 The proposed solution should be capable to work on Virtual Cloud Model which supports any enterprise grade Linux / Windows 2012 / Solaris x86.vendor is responsible for providing necessary Operating System licenses. 5 Bank has M/s Wipro Ltd as system integrator and for any integration or technical requirement bidder has to liaison with M/s Wipro Ltd. Bank will not provide any extra cost to bidder for the said purpose. Will M/s Wipro Ltd. provide API's for integration & database replication The Proposed solution should be capable to identify De-duping of customer at the time of on boarding. Will the Bank use CKYC application for account opening or will the data be provided from CBS for validating deduplication of customer accounts The Proposed solution should be capable of downloading customer data/document based on unique ID given by CKYCR of the customer/legal entities without human intervention (integrate with Bank s in house software / Core Banking Solution /Existing KYC AML system as per the Bank s requirement). The proposed solution should be capable of validating the Aadhaar by using banks existing bio-metric device Bank cannot access the database of CERSAICheck the existing data.it can only check the names once the file is uploaded on CERSAI whether the existing customer details exist or not. Is the bank holding the bio-metric data or will it need to be integrated with the UIDAI portal. - application to integrate with the Bank's existing

6 The Proposed solution should be capable of mapping a new account to an existing customer automatically using business rules configured in the system. Such rules should be flexible and highly parameterized in the proposed solution. The rules can be added, changed or removed by Bank at any point of time and in case of customization required every time in the solution then there will not be any cost to Bank for this change request. Please advise customization cost is to be submitted in the TCO as mentioned 'change request' whether the same will be reimbursed The Proposed solution should be capable of picking up unlimited address types and number of address along with contact numbers and details. Address change of the customer through this solution should be maintained in a user friendly and readable manner with the account linkage. Address Type may be like : Permanent Address, Work/Office Address, correspondance Address or may be parental Address. It may be of three or 4 types of address kindly specify the unlimited address type requirement in details - Clarification: As per the CKYCR registry requirement The Proposed solution should be capable of providing details to Bank and other monitoring authorities for progress/pendency of the work of screening/scrutiny of the work under correspondence with the field functionaries. Bidder has to liaison with M/s Wipro LTD and M/s RouteMobile LTD for sending and SMSs respectively. Integration cost to be borne by the bidder Will the API's for the same be provided by M/s Wipro LTD and M/s RouteMobile LTD for sending and SMSs respectively

7 The proposed solution should have ability to integrate and pick up images from other application such as CBS (Core Banking Solution), DMS (Document Management System), Tabulous Banking, FI Gateway, Banking Correspondent / Bank Mitra s Solution, Business Facilitator (BF) and online account opening system / Internet Banking etc. data as per bank s requirement. The proposed solution should be capable of using existing scanners available at branches as per description of CKYCR uploading requirement. For TCO calculation, cost of ATS for 1 year has been considered and same rate will be fixed for further 4 years. Bidder should provide 1 year warranty and adequate support to bank for 4 year without any extra cost for all supplied software, if any in case of such requirement from Bank for these RFP requirements Images imported from various sources is possible and will depend upon the formats and links in which data will be provied for integration. Details of scanners and SDK is required for integration. Point 2.9 AMC refers to 2 years. Here it's mentioned as 4 years. Clarification required. Requirement is not matching with specifications mentioned in Annexure-VIII. As per Annx-VIII, Application software, OS / RDBMS are with one year warranty. Cost of ATS for 2 years after warranty is to be provided and On site support is for 3 years Kindly clarify - contract is for 3 years i.e. one year warranty - contract is for 3 years i.e. one year warranty & two years ATS, which is extendable. Also refer to clause

8 Annexure II Point On-site Support of an engineer to be provided for 3 months after go-live. The software should not change any configuration of PCs / Desktops / Scanners used at the branches. Average time required to attend the call in case of repair during 3 year warranty Onsite support will be provided at Bank Business department. Cost of onsite support at HO KYC & AML Cell Rajendra Place New Delhi as per the scope of RFP required for 3 Years is mentioned in TCO Need details of browser version/ scanner and configuration of PC used at branches. Warranty given is for 1 year, Onsite support will be provided at Bank Business department. Onsite Support should be provided by OSD Engineers. - Clarificatiion: On site Engineer's support for 3 months till stabilization of the application - existing CBS solution - Finacle runs on Internet Explorer 6.0 or above 3 year period refers to contract period Annexure-VII Value of order The order value of the purchase order cannot be shared due to confidentiality issues - information is sought on past performance Point 4 ATS of Application Software, Operating System and Database per year (For DC and (A). Due to integration part Bidder has to deal with other third party vendor API's, hence we request you to modify clause in between days. 4 The required solution should be installed at Bank s Primary Site (PR) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Site simultaneously and the bidder is responsible to make DR with sync for the proposed application and database at any point of time. 1.Whether the Bidder is responsible for supplying the DC to DR data replication and soppy of replication software/utility/tools. This is also depending upon the network bandwidth in WAN please inform the DC & DR locations along with existing bandwidth details.
