In this session the launch team and Infor will talk about the launch, how to get involved, and the benefits of this new community. The online community will also be shown, making it easy for you to keep up and contribute to the group. Understand the ongoing Infor strategy for the XA product, and learn the plans for medium term enhancements. From additional ION integrations and core functional enhancements to the next step for the Infor 10x technology, the medium term roadmap is loaded with valuable new functionality. Infor has now launched a full hosting offering for XA customers. Options range from temporary sandbox environments and simple OS upgrades to complete hosting services. Learn how hosting can provide great value to your business by reducing the load on your IT team. IBM will be on hand to give us a few sessions around the latest news and topics around IBM i Customer presentations on topics including: Supplier Exchange with ION The new Product Configurator Com_Net customer portal XA Field Service Management EAM maintenance application Thru-Put Advanced Planning and Scheduling ION Process, with a focus on Event Management and Workflow Ming.le Enterprise, the social enterprise capability of XA Bring your questions, comments and enhancement proposals to this session with the XA Product Manager. No agenda, other than answering your questions and getting your feedback. Get face to face with the executive team. While in the launch phase, they want to hear from you. Perhaps you'll be inspired to get involved? A detailed look at the newly released Material Planning (MP) module, focusing on the new Item Requirements Inquiry. Much more powerful and convenient than the MRP version, the new inquiry is also a powerful tool for users of VPi and Thru-Put. Visual Planner and Thru-Put are related products, but serve very different needs. This session will provide an overview of the strengths of each application, to help you decide which one will best serve your needs. Take a good look at the all new General Ledger system for XA. The Enterprise General Ledger for IBM i has world class features for the largest enterprises, but can also be implemented in smaller companies. Fully IFRS compliant and completely embedded in the IDF security model, EGLi provides great support for SOX compliance as well.

If you have a large forecasting issue, this session is for you. Enterprise Integrator has been active for many years providing support and contacts for the Enterprise Integrator community. 5 ION Technical Training Sessions Get hands on training for the Infor's innovative Intelligent Open Network (ION). This purpose-built middleware solution provides a simple but powerful and scalable framework, allowing you to eliminate operational silos, dramatically improve exception management, and achieve unparalleled end-to-end efficiency. You will start with the basics of setting up Workflows and Event Monitors using standard Infor provided documents. Then you will learn how to customize and add your own documents to drive Events and Workflows in creative ways. Finally, the basics of administration and troubleshooting are covered. At the end of this session, you will have a full understanding of the main features of ION, and what they can do for you. And you will be ready to participate in your first ION project.
