Real-time Vehicle tracking system provides Vehicle location, Speed at any given point of time. Vehicle tracking system collects telemetric data at regular interval. The data thus collected in the Vehicle mounted hardware (device) is transferred to Communication Server at any given point of time using wireless communication technology. Communication Server will save the data in the database. The Vehicle Tracking System also enables to visualize and analyze the data received from the Vehicle mounted hardware (device). Communication Module The communication module is the backbone of the application. This communication module does all the communication between the database and the Vehicle mounted hardware unit. This communication module use s a proprietary encrypted messaging protocol while sending and receiving the messages to ensure that data is transmitted in a highly secured manner. This communication module uses the GPRS network for data transmission. It has two applications running one for the routing application and other updating application. Routing application is the main Engine where in it has the logic for encryption and decryption and when a message is received it again sends the data in Http format for the other application to read and update in the database. Web based application with fully automated end-to-end solution that provides comprehensive, time centric, flexible and scalable solution for Vehicle tracking. With fully automated system it would be accessible online information about Vehicle location and data Detailed Vehicle Information The Vehicle details contains detailed information of vehicle like its brand, model, type, manufacture date etc. There are some unique important information like next P.U.C date, next service date, next oil change date etc. With this detailed information user don t have to remind all these important reminder dates. 3 Screenshot: Vehicle Details Detailed Employee Information The Employee details contains detailed information of employee like its name, address, contact number, birth date etc. There are some unique important information like License expiry date, insurance renew date etc. With this detailed information user don t have to remind all these important reminder dates. This feature reminds the user that now his employee needs to renew license, insurance etc. From this screen you can allocate default vehicle for that driver so it will be easier for tracking. 4 Screenshot: Employee Features: Find My Vehicles Find my vehicle screen helps user to see current location of the selected vehicle or group of vehicles on the map. Most important and unique feature we provide here is CLUSTER. Where user can see large number of vehicles in a cluster(group) and by zooming in individual vehicle can be viewed. User can see his vehicle on map with it s actual location. 5 The Alarm Group is used to create group for alarms. This is a very important feature for handling large fleet. User can create many types of alarms from our application few are mentioned below. A person can view summary of his all vehicles stoppage details. Following details are shown on the screen. Total Running (km) Total running duration Total stop duration Average speed Maximum speed No of events will give information about how many unwanted event has occurred during the tour. A person can keep an eye on the total traveled duration of his all vehicles on a same place. Tour Planning Tour planning is very advance and unique feature in our application. User can compare actual tour against predefined tour and he can easily make out the mistake which was done by the driver. 6 Replay By Time With this feature user can generate replay for travelled vehicle. User just have to give time span and replay will be generated automatically with that time span. This feature has lot of detailed information about all stop and events which helps the user to track unwanted behavior. Key Feature User can maintain speed of the tour replay according to user requirement. User can see actual date and time of travelled tour. This will help the user to can required steps if driver goes beyond the fencing. Key Feature We provide round and square fencing but as well as polygon fencing which is rarely available in other application. User can also set tolerance parameter according to their requirements. Address book have some unique feature like alert before arrival. This feature will give huge benefit in some verticals. Masters: Sim details, Device details, Asset Details, Driver details, Map and other masters Screen shots Home page and Schema of the site will be designed keeping the corporate colors and schema as per the customer guidelines. DASHBOARD Live Traversed: Live traversed for selected Vehicles view in map. (Traversed Path) Screen refreshes for an interval and gives you the latest location of the Vehicles on the map. 12 Playback tracking: Tabulated of Live data for the Assets at that time of taking the report. Here we can take the History/Playback data by selecting the Date Time of any vehicle.
