77 Order Management As an Order Fulfillment Manager or Warehouse Manager, it is important to understand any fulfillment delays and why the delays are occurring. These delays can be caused by a number of factors, such as, supplier or manufacturing delays, warehouse capacity or shipping issues. In this scenario, the manager has been notified of a supply issue at the Seattle Warehouse. Drilling into the highest number of fulfillment days, the manager can determine that a very large order for a high priority customer, Department of Defense, is delayed. Manufacturing needs to fulfill this order. 77
