Warranty 1 year 2 year 10 year The Fine Print Location: Kasita does not provide the land or location for the placement of your Kasita. Site planning & engineering: Since local conditions vary widely from site to site, you will need to engage a local planner and engineer to ensure that site planning, utility routing, capacity, and design, as well as foundation engineering are considered with local conditions and permitting requirements in mind. Local permits & fees: You will need to process a site specific land use and construction permit for the development of your project. While Kasitas will be permitted at the state level, local regulations will usually require additional permitting approvals for individual projects. Foundation connection systems: We will provide you with foundation connection construction details, however your General Contractor will need to construct the necessary receiving foundation system to locally engineered specifications prior to installation. Comprehensive limited warranty Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and waterproofing Structural components Utilities: We will provide you with the utility requirements to service the Kasita units, but it is your responsibility to ensure that those utilities are available in the designated locations prior to installation. *For complete details please see the Kasita Limited Warranty, which will be attached to the Purchase and Sale Agreement. Delivery & Installation: We will help you coordinate the installation of the Kasita units, however these expenses are not included in the purchase price.
