Working diligently towards the finalization of this work. Levels 2 thru 7 are now fully powered-up; water connection has been made to building and plumbing systems. Building elevators are installed. Now we are working on getting final inspections for the operation and use of the elevators through the month. 2

This will put a fresh new look to the storefront enclosure. Misc. painting and striping for parking spaces is ongoing. Infrastructure The sidewalk and pedestrian crosswalk access on the east side of Colorado Blvd., from 9 th Ave to 11 th Ave is closed to all pedestrians during the installation of the exterior façade on the west face of the building and while the ground work for the sidewalk along Colorado Blvd is in progress. This work will carry on throughout the month of February. All pedestrians should use the 8 th Ave or 11 th Ave pedestrian crosswalks to travel across Colorado Blvd. Installation of the hardscapes (irrigation, pavers and planters) down Colorado Blvd., are looking to be finishing up in towards the end of February At the park boundary for Block 8 the installation of the pavers, planters and architectural stepping stones is still in progress and should be completed by the end of February. Work along 9 th Ave is now complete. Residential Phase II In the next few months a lot of activity will be taking place with the underground work on site for the Residential Phase II buildings in preparation of going vertical with the building structures. 3

Construction work is moving forward quickly with the completion of the caisson installation. Elevator and Stair cores are starting to rise above the dirt.

Before the end of February one core will be 9 stories in the sky and another will be 4. A lot of dirt is moving as the underground plumbing and electrical is installed throughout the building. Most of this activity will be completed in February which kicks off the large mat foundation pours in March. These pours will be in excess of 600 cubic yards and will be the culmination of months of coordination and planning. We will also start to install the underground tunnel connecting the existing parking garage to the new Residential Phase II building. This is a neat feature that will go under the Wrap building. South Side of 9 th Avenue Earthwork and mass grading is complete for all of Blocks 2, 4 and 5 Drilled piers are anticipated to start on Block 2 and 4 early February Shallow foundations are anticipated to start on Blocks 2 and 4 mid-february Tower crane foundation will be installed early February in planning for tower crane erection at the end of the Month. 4

As with any development and construction project, there will be instances where the surrounding neighborhood could be impacted (i.e. traffic alterations, noise, etc.).
