This is a continuous process to ensure wear solutions are continually improved to meet the ever changing needs and demands placed on mining operations and as new wear technologies are researched and developed. PROCESS OF IMPROVEMENT The POI works with the WEARX WMS an online Wear Management System providing the tools to monitor performance and wear life, schedule maintenance, and measure improvement. DESIGN & ENGINEERING Our team custom design solutions that increase wear life, reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. This is achieved by designing solutions for maximum maintainability and considering operational safety at all stages of the design process. Innovative technologies enable our team to create realistic simulations of wear products to measure wear life, performance and reliability.
