3 HADDA INTERNATIONAL GROUP MISSION STATEMENT HIG (HADDA INTERNATIONAL GROUP) IS AN ECO CONSTRUCTION & ENERGY COMPANY, ACTIVE WITHIN THE THREE CORE TASKS OF: HOUSING, ENERGY AND WATER ENGINEERING. THE MAIN GOAL OF HIG IS PROVIDING INNOVATIVE AND TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS THAT PROVIDE AN ANSWER TO THE DESIRED GREEN DEVELOPMENTS AND, BASED ON THIS, ARE A GREAT ADDED VALUE FOR ENTREPRENEURS, INDIVIDUALS, ENVIRONMENT AND THEREFORE SOCIETY AS A WHOLE. VISION The idea behind the various initiatives originated many years ago and was given a boost by the crisis in 2008 and all the resulting consequences in the financial, social, economical and energy sectors. We searched for innovative and technological solutions that contribute to the current green developments and that have an added value to everyone, all over the world. ECO-CONCEPT The current economic situation offers us with many advantages to respond to the new GREEN developments. General cutbacks, the financial crisis, the overall vision to reduce the C02 emission and a very immature market that is in its infancy, offer us the basis to profile ourselves in the housing, energy and water management sectors. In this domain HIG has developed new technologies with its business partners. Here HIG is fully distinguishable, because we have many facets available in this field and we have a leading role in the area of INNOVATION and development of GREEN concepts. ACTIVITIES AND CORE BUSINESS HOUSING: ECO construction in which HIG is capable of building various types of houses with durable production resources, within a very short time and using minimum knowledge and manpower. ENERGY: With the ENERGY BOX, HIG is able to bring revolutionary systems for generating and buffering energy on to the market. This BOX consists of Wind Turbines, Solar Energy, IPU (Individual Power Unit - batteries) and Hydrogen based system, which is still under development. WATER ENGINEERING: HIG is able to use a revolutionary technique for disinfection, sterilization, purification of ground surfaces and purification of contaminated and salt water. This technology is applicable in all conceivable areas and fits perfectly into our ECO concept. Creating drinkable water is an added value for humanitarian purposes and needs in the world. The combination of the Electrolysis system with the Wind Turbine, Solar Energy and the IPU in purpose-built containers enables one to become self-supporting in every area. 4 HADDA INTERNATIONAL GROUP WORK STRUCTURE By signing strategic contracts with renowned international companies, Turnkey projects can be met. These companies are responsible for the production of the steel profiles as well as the materials needed to make the houses wind and water resistant. HIG supports the construction project from the early engineering phase up to the very last detail. Engineering, Document Design Data, stability calculations, forces and deformation limits, construction drawings and the construction of a demo model serve as basis for the development of the designs and plans. HIG provides the steel framing together with the inner and outer walls to enable construction in an easy, simple and fast way. HIG is responsible for the delivery of all materials to the port of arrival. The local partner then takes over and transports the various construction elements to the construction site. ASSEMBLY PLANT, BELGIUM* The assembly of the project is carried out by a local partner and is based on the Mecano assembly system (prefabricated components which are put together with the help of unique joints). Foundation on site can be built in parallel with the production and the transportation of the construction components from the factory. HIG is responsible for the support and the training of the construction teams in close collaboration with the local partners. Note: HIG can also develop, construct and finance projects independently and all this with a positive and efficient price tag. 5 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY CONSTRUCTION CONCEPT The HIG construction concept is a response to the three major problems that we find today in the development of construction projects: A. Building affordable houses for the average citizen without loss of quality and durability. B. Shortening the execution time of the construction process. C. Developing a construction system that requires less or almost no qualified personnel. This system can be rolled out internationally and constructed in function of the requirements as such that it complies with all ECO values and standards (passive housing). The local population can take part in this simple construction process, which is important to acquire sufficient construction capacity and to contribute to the economic growth. THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS The need is to build economically without loss of quality, durability and comfort within the shortest possible construction period with little or no skilled workers. Depending on the project, this is possible for every type of house from social low class housing to very luxurious villas, schools, offices, apartment buildings, shopping malls, policlinics and much more. Assembly of the bearing structure takes very little time compared to the classic concrete based construction made of columns, beams and supporting walls. The speed of the assembly is considerably faster than in the conventional construction, not only due to the simplicity of the system but also by avoiding delays caused by curing of the concrete columns, beams etc. The bearing structure of the walls and roof for an average house is assembled by 4 people (one supervisor and 3 non-specialized workers) in approximately 3 full working days. Other forms of housing are also quickly and easy to assemble considering that this is a modular system. CONSTRUCTION SCHEME ADVANTAGES OF THE SYSTEM By using the HIG system, a construction project can be carried out with fewer skilled personnel and in a relatively short construction time. 6 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM HIG uses a light steel structure which means that massive foundations are not necessary. The soil structure determines the need for the foundation, but this varies from one project to another. Foundation works are kept to a minimum so that the speed of work and costs are substantially reduced without affecting the stability and the durability of the building. MATERIALS / PRODUCTS RANGE The price tag is greatly determined by the choice of materials made by the client and not by a classic concept that has to be followed. The choice can be made in discussion with the client, architect and depending of the project description. The HIG concept consists of a light steel structure which is very easy to assemble and which does not require the use of any heavy equipment. With this structure a frame is built for both the walls, floors and the roof. The steel structure is anchored to the concrete foundation, which is being planned according to the probing report and the stability study. The wall elements both internal and external can be finished according to the wishes of the clients, the architect or in more extreme cases according to the climatologic and or geological circumstances. These wall elements are easily attached to the bearing structure. 7 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY EXPANSION POSSIBILITIES MODULAR CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM The new concept is based on a flexible light steel structure (prefabricated concept) which is forming the house construction. The MECANO like concept is very easy to build and requires no heavy equipment. Fewer skilled workers are able to carry out this system with minimal instruction. A steel frame is built with assembly friendly profiles. Depending on the construction plans and the wishes of the client, all requirements can be met in the area of wall, floor and roof finishing. All of this with a favorable and efficient price tag. OPTION 01 - EXTENSION Due to the use of modular construction elements (walls, roofs and floors) a house can be expanded depending on the desired square meters and extra rooms required. The system can be used for individual houses, apartments, industrial and public buildings. The system can withstand extreme circumstances such as earthquakes, cyclone winds and unfavorable meteorological weather conditions. 8 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY CERTIFICATES All the materials and technologies that are used in our projects are CE and ISO certified. Fireproof protection: Depending on the selection of the materials, which is determined by the architect, fire certificates are submitted. Water floods: Resistant to natural disasters caused by heavy rainfall. Earthquake: Resistant to earthquakes

9 PRODUCTS HOUSES With this system, there are no restrictions with regard to the dimensions and finishes of the houses. One can start off with affordable house (ref. Aster / Bellis) and further expand it to luxurious villa. This in relation to the wishes of the client. Apartment buildings (ref. Crocus) may vary from several floors to a maximum of 40 meter high residence building. The number of square meters and the classification of your choice are virtually unlimited. In Addition, there are no limitations for the construction of community centers, schools, churches, shopping centers and industrial applications. 14 DISTRICT MASTER PLAN The TOTAL CONCEPT, "Construction, Energy and Water" contributes to the current demands of society. Advantages of this concept must be used optimally in all future projects. With the planning of a district with houses (master plan) the positioning of schools, shops and community centers will be taken into account. This will happen in the same efficient way as the construction of the houses. MASTER PLAN (Holland Village) All concepts shall comply with the elementary parameter such as: quality, durability and comfort and according to the directives of the "Holland village" (housing typology and public space design). The standard of living of the users should be improved and the construction should contribute to the economic growth of the country. Client and supervisor must collaborate to the satisfaction of the end user. CEP: Collective Energy Provision In order to supply energy to the newly built district, innovative systems are applied in the form of wind and solar energy using wind turbines and solar panels. The generated energy goes straight to the user and the excess of energy will be buffered for later use. An economic optimum is sought for the construction project by using the latest techniques for the feasibility of an energy efficient house or building
