One ring clutch One void former for all anchors One edge lift erection anchor One style of face lift anchor, available in eight heights MB Double Tee Anchor The MB Double Tee Lifting Anchor (DTA) is a three in one solution for end bearing, lifting / erection and tie back connections. The DTA Recess Member is manufactured using durable reusable plastic. When installed, the recess locks into the DTA lift head eye opening, securing it in place during concrete placement. Made in the USA. Super Pak Shims Super Pak is an extremely tough polyvinyl material with a compressive strength of 8,000 psi. They are designed to quickly adjust for uneven footing and/or panels. Made in the USA. Rapid-Lok With more than 100,000 units sold in 2013, the Meadow Burke Rapid-Lok Connection Plate System eliminates many field welding operations with its unique and thoughtful design. Each system connection has three basic parts: an embed plate, a void former and the bearing angle. Made in the USA.

3 Burke Erector Connector The Erector Connector System is a unique solution designed to effectively connect adjoining concrete double tees or concrete wall panels. The System is comprised of a Type A and Type B connector and faceplates for easy installation. Optional System products include a magnetic face plate and tension reinforcement bars. Strand Clamp The CH-27 Strand Clamp is a ductile iron clamp used with 0.5 and 0.6 strands to position and hold bulkheads in place. Pushdown and Hold Down Anchors Our Pushdowns are made of ductile iron and hold 5 or 6 strand. Available in 4 sizes: 3, 5, 8 and 10 strands. Our Hold Down Anchors are made of ductile iron and hold two vertical rows of strands. It is available in two sizes to hold 0.5 strands (DT-31) or 0.6 strands (DT-35). Made in the USA. Pushdowns Hold Down Anchors High Strength Coil Rod Our continuous coil rod is manufactured and stocked in 12-0 lengths. Special lengths are available up to 20. May be cut with carborundum blades without thread damage. Made in the USA.

4 Stressing Jack & Accessories We offer a broad variety of jacks, power-seaters, double-acting jack systems and accessories. Our 20-ton PTJ-5S jack system comes complete with jack, hydraulic pump, hose, gauge, jack grippers and gripper handle. This jack is a twin cylinder open-throat jack with a 10" stroke and can pull up to 1/2" strand. Made in the USA. Prestress Chucks Multiple Use & One Time Use All Meadow Burke Sure-Lock prestress chucks are manufactured to rigorous specifications from high quality, high strength steel. They are properly heattreated, inspected (including a 100% magnaflux inspection) and tested to provide the user with a quality product they can use with confidence. Made in the USA. Prestress Strand Hold Downs 20K, 40K, 60K Meadow Burke has been producing quality prestress strand hold down devices since Our complete line of hold downs have dependable and predictable mechanical connections. There are no weld-dependent connections. Made in the USA. Debond Split Tubing and Debond Strand Snap The Debond Split Tubing is flexible polymer plastic tubing used to prevent concrete from bonding to the prestressing strands. The Debond Strand Snap features a rigid two-piece construction, high impact plastic that creates a tight seal for use over tensioned strands. Made in the USA.

5 Burke Precast Chemicals True high performance precast chemical products, the Burke Precast Chemicals have been thoroughly tested and proven. Our product line includes release agents, curing compounds, finishing aids, cure and hardeners, sealers, epoxy adhesives and more. Made in the USA. Precast Braces A precast panel is not a completed wall immediately upon lifting. Braces are necessary to resist wind forces until permanent connections are made. Meadow Burke braces are designed for use with the Meadow Burke Brace Badger, Slam Anchor, Super Bolt, MB Brace Bolt, or with cast-in-place B- 75, BI-75 and BG-75 coil inserts only. Brace piping is made from American steel. MB Super Brace with B-75 Wall Brace and MB Slam Anchor MB Brace with Brace Badger Helical Anchor Plastic MB Tuff Chair & Slab Bolster Engineered for strength, durability and ruggedness, these products are designed for maximum concrete consolidation, and to exceed load capability.
