Oman LNG reserves the right to verify any and all information contained in responses to this form. Oman LNG shall be advised immediately should there be any significant change in the information provided in this document. It should be noted that this document is solely for the Prequalification evaluation of the company, for the purposes of inclusion on Oman LNG Tenderers Lists for the stipulated requirements. 3 1.0 INTRODUCTION Oman LNG LLC (hereinafter referred to as COMPANY intends shortly to issue a tender for Atmospheric Storage Tank (AST) Online Bottom and Annular Plate Integrity Assessment using Hybrid Acoustic Emission or Advance Acoustic Emission Technique for total of 10 tanks. The COMPANY wishes to pre-qualify potential contractor capable of managing and executing this service, and hereby invites you to submit pre-qualification documentation as required. Further details are given below. 1.1 BACKGROUND Oman LNG intends to carry out Atmospheric Storage Tank (AST) Online Bottom & Annular Plate Integrity Assessment using Hybrid Acoustic Emission or Advance Acoustic Emission Technique for total of 10 tanks at its Qalhat LNG Complex in Sur. 2.0 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SCOPE The scope covers comprehensive integrity assessment on tank bottom and annular plate using Hybrid Acoustic Emission or Advance Acoustic Emission Technique. The technique shall be a viable approach and the testing shall not require tanks to be taken out of service or stopped from its current operation during the assessment. The scope of work includes also the following but not limited to: - The work shall entail the use of Hybrid Acoustic Emission or Advance Acoustic Emission technique that can determine the technical state and remaining service life of bottom and annular plate of the ten (10) identified storage tanks. - Perform structured AE diagnostic that can provides 100% coverage of the tested tank in real operating conditions without intervention in technological process, opening, stopping and changes to the tanks operating modes. - Provide conditions of tank bottom material and weldment (thickness, anomalies, corrosion condition, discontinuities/defects in form of cracks, metal loss and etc.) - Comprehensive defect condition of tank bottom, annular plate and local stress condition of bottom tank via stress diagnostic. - Defects and thickness assessments, remaining life calculation and recommendation for bottom and annular plate in accordance EMMUA 159, API 653, API 579 and API Conclusion and recommendation on tanks bottom and annular plate technical state for fit for service (FFS) and life extension. 3.0 OBJECTIVE OF PRE-QUALIFICATION The objective of this exercise is to invite and identify potential capable service providers who shall indicate their interest in tendering for Atmospheric Storage Tank (AST) Online Bottom and Annular Plate Integrity Assessment using Hybrid Acoustic Emission or Advance Acoustic Emission Technique. Tenderers shall be pre-qualified based on information submitted that demonstrate capabilities in using the above mentioned techniques to assess the integrity of the bottom and annular plates of Atmospheric Storage Tank (AST) in accordance with the COMPANY Standards and Procedures, and standard HSE requirements. Should you wish to be included (if pre-qualified) on the bidders list, kindly indicate that you have firm intension of bidding by providing the following; in the event that you intend to utilise a sub-contractor for any aspect of the works, please state so clearly in your submission, and Page 3 of 6

If yes, please provide examples of assessment carried out for other clients. 5 Has your company have provided Atmospheric Storage Tank (AST) Online Bottom and Annular Plate Integrity Assessment using any specialize AE technique e.g. Advance AE or Hybrid AE for any LNG/GAS/Refinery plants?. If yes, please provide supporting evidence including a reference of the company/plant location. 4.3 HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE) INFORMATION Contractor HSE Questionnaire for Pre-Qualification HSE Policy: a) What is your company s HSE Policy?
