2 1. GUIDELINES Response to this questionnaire shall be completed in English by a senior member of your company. All documentation required shall be attached as specified. Responses shall be send on or before 12:00 hours 12-July-2018 to: OLNGSuppliersPre-Qualification@Omanlng.co.om JoelRivera@OMANLNG.CO.OM All information submitted with this questionnaire shall be treated in strictest confidence by Oman LNG. Oman LNG reserves the right to verify any and all information contained in responses to this questionnaire. Oman LNG shall be advised immediately should there be any significant change in the information provided in this document. It should be noted that this document is solely for the Prequalification evaluation of the company, for the purposes of inclusion on Oman LNG Tenderers Lists for the stipulated requirements. Submission does not guarantee that the contractor will be invited to Tender. 2. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SCOPE The scope of this project is to implement an effective Integrity Management System (IMS) that adheres to all relevant regulations and safety standards of the Company. Contractor shall carry out the following but not limited to: Develop detailed project implementation plans Setup & Configure the implemented solution Integration with Third party system implemented in Oman LNG Test & Accept the implemented solution Users & Administrators Training The application will address the below functionalities a) Risk Based Inspection (RBI) b) Risk Assessment Capabilities c) Inspection Management Capabilities d) Thickness Monitoring Capabilities e) Defect Elimination Capabilities f) Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) g) Instrument Protective Functions (IPF) or Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) h) Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) Capabilities i) Two-way integration with CMMS (ERP) j) Assets Condition Management Dashboard Capabilities k) Fitness For Service (FFS) Assessment Tool (Level 1 & Level 2) l) Two-way interface with OLNG other software (e.g. PI, CPM software, COMPASS, PTW, Omnisafe, Operator Round and AMS Suite) m) Predictive Operational Analytics Tools (Optional) Pre-Qualification Questionnaire Page 2 of 10

Ability to manage large-scale static equipment such as 1.6 piping, pressure vessels, columns, exchangers, tanks, etc. 2 Risk Assessment Capabilities Built-in risk module that capable to build integrity assurance based on data captured from corrosion 2.1 engineering review process as well as the current and past results of inspections/thickness monitoring programs. Provide graphical comparison of current and past risk 2.2 trends 3 Inspection Management Capabilities Capabilities of managing inspection plans, document 3.1 the condition of assets, and track inspection recommendations to closure. Abilities to management requirement of inspection scope definition of equipment and its sub components 3.2 with the needed inspection method with the ability to record all findings and recommendations. Has a standardize Inspection Reports format for 3.8 inspection result, analysis, and inspection reporting purposes. 4 Thickness Monitoring Capabilities Capability to manage large-scale corrosion and 4.1 thickness measurement programs for static equipment s and piping s. Ability to calculate the minimum thickness required to safely operate the equipment, thickness measurement 4.2 data management, and corrosion rate analysis, as well as next-inspection and end of life- date calculations. Thickness Measurement Location (TML) Management capabilities to governs thickness measurement locations assigned to assets, including 4.3 information about sequence, location, design attributes and status. This provides quick identification of potential issues within the thickness monitoring program Thickness Monitoring Planning tool that can defines the overall thickness monitoring strategy for an asset, including the calculation methods, inspection intervals, and minimum corrosion rates, as well as the resources responsible for successful execution of monitoring inspections. Corrosion Analysis / Assessment that can provides comprehensive drill-down to the measurement locations for visibility into corrosion rate details and trends, current findings, and calculated next inspection date. Provide graphical trends on measurement data over time, along with the option to view the controlling corrosion rate associated with the thickness measurement location. Logic Tree to assist process of analyzing the problem and provides a graphical technique for facilitating the evaluation of all the possible causes of the event. Structured reporting templates provide a means for organizations to share the knowledge that is gained by completing analyses. Recommendation management and effectiveness tracking tools that would provide a centralized area to track all recommendations, as well as the ability to send reminders when recommendations are overdue and means for ensuring that implemented recommendations are effectively addressing the underlying issues. Offer production loss analysis capabilities to evaluate the impact of equipment slowdowns on overall plant production as well as link between the defect elimination and speed of mitigations implementation on plant production. 6 Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Critical tools used to define the required maintenance tasks to ensure plant integrity and reliability. RCM is a well-known tool to address such concerns and along maintenance strategy building tool will ensure implementation of necessary maintenance efforts and priorities their urgency. RCM to provides a structural framework for analyzing the functions and potential failures of an asset. Abilities to provide an approach-agnostic RCM capability meeting the SAE standard JA1011, Evaluation Criteria for Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) Processes. Assets Condition Management Dashboard Capabilities Monitors assets health and initiate needed warning/alarms of potential failures and displays any elevated risks areas through assets variable and manipulated parameters as well as asset condition monitoring data. Enable key performance indicators (KPI) in form of graphical views monitoring dashboards and allow access through different management levels for easier decision making process. Online KPI graphical views can provide an overview of the risk and status in the plant. Fitness For Service (FFS) Assessment Tool (Level 1 & Level 2) Fitness-For-Service (FFS) assessment software that automates Level 1 and Level 2 FFS assessments as described in from API and ASME (e.g. API 579-1/ ASME FFS , ASME B31.G) o Decision-support software designed to assist engineers in evaluating the integrity of piping, heater tubes and pressure vessel.
