Inspiring Ideas
Everything of value starts with a great idea, including ways to recognize accomplishments. This small collection will, perhaps, spark ideas to meet your unique needs. Whether honoring, celebrating, or memorializing, MTM Recognition is ready to transform your ideas into something inspiring
Champions To the NCAA, their awards are the ultimate distinction. They stand for tradition. They stand for champions. They visually represent the spirit of the NCAA. The NCAA wanted one supplier who could create a new look for their much-coveted championship trophy, while keeping the heritage and tradition intact. Streamlining vendors was a top priority as well, resulting in cost savings and efficiency. MTM was the ONE company who could do it all design, engineering, manufacturing, web technology, all under one umbrella. 3 MTM was then challenged to enhance the NCAA s entire awards program, with retro-modern trophy concepts and creatively designed award packaging. Over the years a strong partnership and a winning team has formed. We made the right decision in choosing MTM as NCAA s Official Championship Awards Supplier Michael King, NCAA Director of Operations All designs shown are proprietary to MTM Recognition and cannot be reproduced without written consent from MTM.
Sterling Achievement For some accomplishments, nothing proclaims victory or supreme honor quite like an impressive award. MTM creates these keepsakes with superb craftsmanship befitting the commendation. These gleaming memorials will inspire future achievements All designs shown are proprietary to MTM Recognition and cannot be reproduced without written consent from MTM.

Inspire Excellence becomes a frame of mind with MTM s wall-to-wall recognition possibilities. Choose from subtle and elegantly modeled paper sculptures, metal reliefs, custom collages, and more. Perfect for honoring service or achievement, framed awards will solidify the symbols of your organization, instilling loyalty and pride for years to come. 10 MintWorthy 10 MTM wanted to offer Sonic a fresh approach to their awards something mintworthy! Drawing on Sonic s distinctive personality and brand including the iconic mint candy give-away MTM initiated a creative and fun recognition strategy that proved effective. The original Top Performer award program was expanded to include exclusive awards and jewelry, and now honors franchise managers, employees and retirees. The complementary communication pieces have even grabbed national attention, winning an American Graphic Design Award for communication excellence. With MTM s extensive menu of capabilities, we re ready to take your order All designs shown are proprietary to MTM Recognition and cannot be reproduced without written consent from MTM.
11 Recipient s name and years of service personalized on the marquee. Creativity, Creativity, Creativity MTM has developed a complete line of Service Awards for Sonic that reflects our history and iconography and it has been VERY well received. From custom glass minted plate awards, to beautiful custom jewelry adorned with Sonic product images, MTM has gone way above and beyond to create symbolic, meaningful award items for our employees. Couldn t be happier with MTM s awards program and excellent customer service. Don Sivard, Director, People Services.
Enduring Icons represent the history, traditions, visions and values of all great organizations, as well as honor those who venture beyond the ordinary to accomplish extraordinary things. MTM can memorialize your legacy into symbolic and enduring works of art All designs shown are proprietary to MTM Recognition and cannot be reproduced without written consent from MTM.
The University of Alabama wanted to build an epic tribute for their football team one of the most renowned in college sports. UA envisioned various sculptures, including larger than life statues of the four legendary coaches who led the Crimson Tide teams to national championships. To meet the artistic and technical challenges, UA turned to MTM. The stately monuments now greet fans at the north entrance of their stadium as proud symbols of fame, history and tradition. 13

Elevating A belt buckle design began the unique partnership between Otis Elevator and MTM Recognition more than 25 years ago. During that time the original program has elevated to include more than twenty awards for Sales and Recognition, Leadership, Injury Prevention, Retirement, Outstanding Performance and more, at both regional and national levels. Otis continues to rely on MTM to lift its celebration efforts to the highest level. 17 The staff at MTM has always provided excellent customer service, creative ideas and always works to meet very aggressive deadlines. The final product is impressive and of the highest quality and the feedback from recipients is always positive. I use MTM for all of our award needs as I know I can expect top quality products and service. Michelle Beaupre, Otis
Outstanding Honors Whether you prefer a dazzling contemporary award with fullcolor effects, distinctive metal finishes, a multi-level structure or a traditional wooden style, plaques remain a popular way to motivate and recognize your people. MTM can help guide you through the many options to fit your needs All designs shown are proprietary to MTM Recognition and cannot be reproduced without written consent from MTM.

Encourage your employees regularly with frequent and genuine recognition. Ecards or notecards are the perfect way to say thanks for a job well done. Anniversaries Celebrate loyalty. Whether it is 5, 10 or more years of service, thoughtful recognition with symbolic awards keeps your employees engaged and uniquely communicates your history and culture.
