4 TOMORROW S WORLD Here at Darwin we believe that all future innovations will be firmly rooted in harnessing the tremendous volume of data that makes up today s Big Data world. With all aspects of technology moving towards AI and Automation, we are truly are living in a golden age of information and every day more businesses are wrangling, taming and putting to work immense stores of data and seeing tangible business value from doing so. Meanwhile, the world is undergoing digital transformation on an unfathomable scale; customers are interacting with these innovations on their desktops, laptops, phones, tablets or even newer iterations of hardware. These interfaces need to be built with efficacy, efficiency and usability in mind; and while many be able to build, not everyone is an architect. Digital transformation is becoming central to the corporate strategy of the majority of enterprises in 2017, and businesses pursuing this will need to exponentially increase the size of their digital teams to keep ahead of the curve, especially in terms of mobile and web development. A key competitive advantage will be enjoyed by those who can secure the vital talent to enable this transformation within their business, as they open up new digital streams of revenue and explore new ways of creating value for their customers.
