Zydus Cadila - India Business We are the fourth largest pharmaceutical company in India with sales of over Rs crores in the year Our group is one of the leading players in the Indian healthcare industry with a 4.2% market share. We are a leading player in the cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, respiratory and women's healthcare segments. Zydus - Animal Health Zydus Animal Health is a revered name in the Indian Animal Health Industry. It has a strong presence in all major therapeutic segments. In order to cater to specific needs of different animal species, Zydus AH operates through species based strategic business units (SBUs). Zydus AH, with a technically trained field force and an organized distribution network, provides roundthe-clock technical services to the veterinary and farming fraternities in India. Zydus Manufacturing (Formulations) A fully integrated, global healthcare provider with strengths all along the pharma value chain has invested in best in class technology for the manufacturing of the products for India and global markets with focus on quality, compliance and on-time deliveries. The group has state-of-the-art world-class formulation manufacturing units located at Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Goa and Sikkim (M/s. Zydus Healthcare Sikkim, a partnership firm). Various forms of dosages manufactured at various manufacturing units which comply with the global regulatory norms including that of USFDA, WHO, cgmp, MHRA, ANVISA, ANSM and others has led to a strong presence in the global generic markets. We are committed to Environment, Health and Safety compliances and continuously strive to improve the standards. Zydus - Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) The API business has 5 manufacturing facilities; two each at Dabhasa (near Vadodara) and Ankleshwar and one at Changodar (near Ahmedabad). The two largest facilities located at Dabhasa and Ankleshwar are inspected by all major regulatory bodies of different countries including USFDA. The facilities serve the requirement of internal (captive) as well as external (merchant) customers. API business unit has two state-of-the-art research and development centers at Dabhasa and Changodar. It has a vibrant marketing team, based at Vadodara office.

5 Zydus Research Centre - ZRC A state-of-the-art research wing of the Zydus Group, dedicated to high-end research in the field of New Drug Discovery and Development, aims at achieving the company s goal of alleviating human suffering, and creating healthier and happier communities globally. ZRC has complete preclinical capability for evaluation of safety and toxicity of NCEs, NBEs, generics, impurities, similar biologics and vaccines, as per the requirements of various national and international regulatory authorities. ZRC has facilities and capabilities for designing new drugs using in silico methods as well as SAR-based approach. ZRC is the first Pharmaceutical R&D Centre in the country that has indigenously discovered and developed India s first NCE and the first Glitazar class drug in the world. The compound is named Saroglitazar and is available in the market as Lipaglyn for treatment of diabetic dyslipidemia and hypertriglyceridemia uncontrolled by statins. ZRC has also developed and launched the first biosimilar version of Adalimumab in the world.

6 Your business snap shot (Finance) Team Finance at Zydus strives to maximize the wealth of all stakeholders by facilitating organizational growth with long term sustainable financial performance, supporting business decisions by providing timely, accurate and relevant information, safeguarding the interest of the organization as a custodian and ensuring high standards of corporate governance. Team Finance is responsible for overall financial management of the Zydus group and covers a whole gamut of areas including treasury and funds management, banking, forex and hedges, statutory and management accounting, budgeting, costing, internal audit and controls, company affairs and secretarial compliance, insurance, direct and indirect taxation, management of accounts payables and receivables, et al. Apart from strategic financial management at corporate level, Team Finance also supports the business verticals and other service units of the group, which includes sales and marketing, manufacturing, R&D, through a separate Business Finance team. A crew of over 130 qualified, highly motivated and charged up members armed with sound skills and knowledge of different facets of financial management runs the show at the finance department. To be a part of our Finance Team, you should ideally have an educational qualification in the Commerce discipline. If you are a commerce graduate or Post Graduate, Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), Company Secretary (CS), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or MBA/PGDM in Finance, you may apply for the openings in Finance department through the career portal.
