Steve Jobs Bellevue Advisors and James Reade & Associates are working together in Bellevue House. This dynamic team of professionals are looking forward to assisting you to achieve your personal and business goals. We would like to take a few moments to introduce you to Bellevue Advisors & James Reade & Associates. Where will you find us? We will be located at 233 Charles Street Launceston, Bellevue House. The old teacher s college and original Charles St Primary School. It is a magnificent heritage listed building featuring pressed metal ceilings and many other beautiful heritage features. We have spent the last few months undertaking significant renovations to the property. This should all be completed by May We look forward to taking you on a guided tour once we have moved in. 3 The Bellevue Advisors Team We have decided to call ourselves Bellevue Advisors. Bellevue is French for nice view or grand vision. This firm is our grand vision and we assist clients every day to achieve their grand vision. LUCINDA MILLS Luci is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Taxation Advisor with over 17 years experience in assisting small and medium businesses to achieve their goals. Luci has been a partner at Camerons for 7 years and is excited about continuing to provide personalised service to her clients. Luci is passionate about educating her clients in better business practices and mentoring them through the life cycle of their business. Bellevue Advisors will bring a great strength in innovative technology and intends to utilise this to assist clients to make more informed business decisions. When not at work Luci can be seen chasing after 3 little girls. The James Reade & Associates Team JAMES READE James early career was as an army officer after which he worked for one of the major international accounting firms in Tasmania and Victoria and then had 7 years away from the accounting world where he was involved in production management and marketing. James co-founded JRA in 1989, he is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, registered tax agent, registered company auditor and is a registered financial planner James specialises in providing advice and accounting services to small business and SMSF clients. ANDREW BEAN Andrew is a Chartered Accountant & Registered Tax Agent with over 13 years experience. Having completed a double bachelor degree in Commerce and Information Systems at the University of Tasmania in He commenced his career as a software support specialist before finding his passion for assisting businesses with all areas of establishment, growth and retirement. Andrew is a MYOB certified consultant, POS consultant and uses Xero extensively to assist clients with their book keeping and business management needs. Away from work Andrew enjoys various sporting activities and travelling to new places. DI VERNON-READE Di s early career was in education where she worked in early childhood as a teacher, early childhood advisor and primary school principal. Di co-founded JRA in 1989 and commenced working fulltime in the practice in Di specialises in individual income tax and small business accounting, advice and income tax return preparation. JACOB LOWE Jacob commenced working with Luci over 5 years ago and has since completed his Bachelor of Business and is currently completing the final subject for his Post Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accountants. Jacob enjoys assisting clients in developing and growing their businesses into sustainable long term business ventures. His enthusiasm for business development and growth is appreciated by his colleagues and clients as he assists them to achieve their goals. In his spare time, Jacob enjoys spending time with his young family and playing and coaching various sports. CAITLIN SLATER Caitlin has been with JRA for 5 years and is currently in her 3rd year of an accounting degree at the University of Tasmania with the view to becoming a Chartered Accountant Caitlin specialises in small business bookkeeping, accounting, BAS and income tax return preparation and individual income tax returns. ALEXANDER MILLS Alex has over 17 years experience in Accounting and Information Technology, he has spent the last 12 assisting clients with their software needs. Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in accounting and IT. Alex is skilled in Xero, MYOB, Banklink and Attaché. Alex will assist clients with all their accounting software needs including add-ons with a focus on increasing productivity to both save time and also money. Outside of work Alex enjoys spending time with his young family. In addition to the above Advisors we also have intermediate accountants, junior accountants and administrative support team members. Everyone in our practice plays a critical and vital role. We look forward to introducing you to those you have not had the privilege of meeting.

ACCOUNTING & COMPLIANCE SERVICES Preparation of Financial Statements Preparation and lodgment of Income Tax Returns Assistance with Taxation Planning, Management and Interim reporting Preparation and lodgment of Business Activity Statements (BAS) Assistance and preparation of PAYG Payment Summaries as required Preparation and lodgment of Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) Returns Preparation of Company ASIC Annual Statement and solvency statement for all companies. Administration & preparation of Financial Statements for Self Managed Superannuation Funds Preparation of Cash Flow reports FINANCIAL PLANNING Financial planning, including wealth accumulation, retirement planning and superannuation advise will be available on a fee for service basis External advisors will be used for management of investment funds and stock broking services TECHNOLOGIES Assistance with accounting software MYOB and Xero installations, personal & classroom training and on-site & telephone support Information technology review of your business including systems, process and the integration of hardware and software solutions Bookkeeping & Payroll services AUDIT Audit engagements for companies and not for profit entities Audit engagements for Self Managed Superannuation Funds will be organised What will be different? SERVICES There will be no change in the minimum services you are provided. You will be provided the same services by the same team however we will be offering some additional services such as Business benchmarking Attendance at an annual seminar focused at either small to medium businesses or self-managed superannuation funds and retirement planning Accounting systems review and increased assistance with your ongoing IT needs Greater flexibility in the way we provide your information to you. We have established a client portal which will allow: The secure upload of your computer records for us to access The secure upload of your completed financial statements, BAS and Tax Returns so that you can access them electronically as and when you need them Electronic signatures, the ability to sign forms on the run and out of the office. And this is all just on day one. We have a great focus on innovation and the perfect team to continue to advance our services. Our Fees We are also offering you the choice to structure the service differently. As a part of our business advisory service we are regularly discussing with clients the need to budget their expenditure. To assist with this, we intend to offer those clients who are interested, a fixed fee structure. The services included will be individually structured to meet individual client s needs and you will have the choice to pay the fee via direct debit facility either quarterly or monthly. We believe that this change can assist clients in their businesses. If we can take any financial uncertainty away from your circumstances, we believe that clients will feel the freedom to contact or visit us more regularly. We want you to ask assistance when required and not worry that you will receive an unexpected bill for it. If this is something you are interested in discussing further please let us know.
