No more Christmas wrap or cookie-dough we offer value-for-money greeting cards with a high return to the organization raising funds. The Fundraising Program offers four boxed sets of 30 beautifully embellished cards with matching envelopes. All Occasion Box #1 comes in a charming organizer box with dividers and includes an array of cards to All Occasion Box #2 comes in a charming organizer box with dividers and includes an array of cards to Thanks & Blanks Box is an adorable organizer box full of uniquely handcrafted greeting cards with colored envelopes. This set includes 19 blank cards and 11 Thank You cards. Happy Birthday Card Box for Kids includes a wide range of Happy Birthday cards for kids of all ages, with lots of fun details and colorful envelopes to match. Birthdays are a blast with this box! Any of these boxes would make a thoughtful gift or provides a beautiful selection of cards to have on hand. Here s How it Works: Each box is sold for $30 (an incredible value at just $1 per card) The Organization makes $13 per box* The Consultant places the order through OrderPro paying $17 per box The Consultant makes 10% commission on the $30 paid for each box Shipping is FREE * If the organization is NOT tax exempt the amount due for taxes will be deducted from the total amount raised. 2 Fundraising FAQ What is the minimum number of boxes they must sell? A very low 15 box order is required to qualify for the full benefits of this program. What do we provide to participating groups? Order Forms, Fundraiser Details & FAQ sheet, Flyer/Table Sign, and a Final Tally Sheet. Are sample cards available to the consultant? Not at this time. It is suggested that consultants have a sample box on hand to show the group and possibly leave with them throughout their fundraiser. Where do I get the flyers? The Home Office has order forms, brochures, and posters available through business supplies, and flyers and table tents are available for download on the Consultant Toolbox under. How do we enter the order? On your OrderPro, go to order type and select. Simply enter how many of each box is being ordered and proceed as normal. Enter the tax exempt number from your organization if available, and attach a copy of the tax exempt certificate. What is our commission rate? Consultant Commission for fundraisers is 10% on the $30 paid to UBAM. Examples: a. 15 boxes sold. $450 collected (15 X $30). Organization receives $195. Consultant earns $45. b. 30 boxes sold. $900 collected (30 X $30). Organization receives $390. Consultant earns $90. c. 60 boxes sold. $1800 collected (60 X $30). Organization receives $780. Consultant earns $180. d. 200 boxes sold. $6000 collected (200 X $30). Organization receives $2600. Consultant earns $600. What if the group absolutely needs to have product on hand? You can take out a consignment order for this program. If you have questions on placing consignment orders, please check with your Team Leader. At the discretion of the Home Office, you may be eligible to consign product for fundraisers even if you have consignment out for another program. 2

3 FAQ Continued Can we have a fundraiser at a school if we personally are not an Educational Consultant or have that particular school listed? You must check whether a school is already listed BEFORE approaching them. If you service an already listed School, the sales will go to the listed Educational Consultant. You must be an EC if your organization wants to pay by PO (purchase order), even if it is not a school. If the fundraiser is going to raise funds to provide books to the school, then you should complete your EC test and list the school immediately. How does an organization s fundraising fit with our booth policy? An organization can have a booth at an event where an Usborne Books & More consultant is present. However, the booth must be staffed by the organization doing the fundraising and only sell boxed cards. 3
