1 WELCOME STADIUM FLOWERS HOLIDAY FUNDRAISING Season s Greetings! We are very excited to announce the start of our annual holiday poinsettia and evergreen fundraiser. Our goal is to help you raise enough funds to save for your special event, supplies or other group needs. This year we re offering outstanding holiday poinsettias in red, pink and white as well as Northwest-grown wreaths, swags, garland and centerpieces. All of our products will be offered at a reduced cost for you to sell as a fundraiser. We do this by offering each product at a wholesale cost. Enclosed behind this letter is our wholesale price list, steps for success, and a final order form for you to submit with your groups totals. In addition to that information, we ve included our sales brochure that you will be using when selling product to your friends, family, and other contacts. The back side of that brochure includes a order form so that each person in your group can organize their orders using one tool. Final fundraising orders are due a full 2 weeks prior to your pick-up/delivery date. Please tally all of your group s orders on to the final fundraising tally form. Payment is due at time of your final invoice in the form of one check or credit card. Delivery or pick-up of items will take place November 21 - December 16, please have all delivery and pick-up information prepared when you submit your order. Orders with less than 50 units will be assessed a $12.98 fee. Orders over 50 units will enjoy FREE delivery to one location. Please note that all orders scheduled for pick up or delivery after December 16th, will be assessed a $1.00 per plant maintenance fee. 5 STEPS FOR SUCCESS Let s get started! 1. Review the attached information for the holiday fundraiser. a. Direct any questions to fundraising@stadiumflowers.com 2. Call or Stadium Flowers a. Contact us so that we know you re participating. b. Do you need additional fundraising booklets? c. Book your delivery/pick-up date as soon as possible. Slots fill up fast! 3. SELL! SELL! SELL! a. Get to work selling holiday fundraising items! 4. ALL ORDERS for the entire organization must be combined into one order and submitted by calling, , or by ing, fundraising@stadiumflowers.com. FINAL ORDERS DUE: 2 full weeks prior to your pick-up / delivery date Changes and additions after this date are subject to availablity and may have to be delivered or picked up separate from initial delivery. 5. PREPARE FOR DELIVERY Make sure you have adequate space, a cool location for evergreens and a indoor or warmer location for poinsettias.
