2 Facilitative Leader Training (FLT) Facilitative Leader Training (FLT) will equip you with essential tools and techniques for leading teams, facilitating change, running meetings and inspiring others to achieve collective goals. After this program, you'll look forward to leading and attending meetings. How This Course Will Benefit You This program will significantly enhance your leadership influence and impact and enable you to lead more productive meetings and teams. After only three days, you will better understand how to plan and design processes that fully engage teams in solving problems and in making quality decisions with commitment to implementation. 4 Finding Your Voice Is your voice being heard? Effective communication is key to ensuring your voice is heard. This two hour workshop will focus on defining the four communication styles, and identify your own personal style. It will also provide a practical tool for developing comfort and getting prepared to get your voice in the room in different settings in the workplace. 5 Storytelling Content and characters bring human happiness, with great Storytelling What is Storytelling? Storytelling is the art of taking a story and retelling that story. The entire story should illustrate the core message you are trying to deliver. The plot itself should include the key points of the subject matter, even if you have to get creative about how to incorporate them.
