20 Onboarding Tips/Tricks New hire receives two s from Workday, one contains User ID (employee ID#) and the other includes the temporary password. These are onboarding specific s. Best to complete onboarding tasks on a desktop computer. Refresh onboarding screen to kick off second group of onboarding tasks. If new hires are coming in to sit with you to do onboarding tasks, let them know they will need to log onto a desktop computer and must remember their passwords.
