8 The subject of pay equity is everywhere these days and as an employer, it s an issue I don t want to get wrong. How can pay equity become a strategic advantage for my company, one that we can use to gain the edge in our field, if we re constrained by the time and resources required to analyze vast amounts of our own HR data?
9 The Littler Pay Equity Assessment measures compensation differences across demographic groups, identifies those that are statistically significant and determines the extent to which these differences are supported by legitimate business considerations.
