29 Sample Comments CCC is a wonderful place to work Morale and enthusiasm for the job at CCC is at an all-time low People here tend to want to improve conditions and generally are fair in their approach to this. Fellow employees and Senior Leadership at the college make it very difficult to perform. Employee relation issues are not taken as seriously as before. Increase the standards for management. I believe that upper management has made some extremely difficult decisions that have greatly impacted College productivity in a very good way. I suggest management skill training for supervisors college wide. June
30 Action Plans Several areas still need work, but we have made a lot of progress in four short years. 1. Career Opportunities 2. Recognition 3. Senior Leadership 4. Empowerment 5. Pay/Benefits (particularly with associate faculty and student workers/temp) 6. Communication (particularly with Full-time faculty) June
