3 What is Conect? Conect is Collabera s mobile application that can be downloaded for either ios or Android for free. To start it allows consultants of Collabera to easily update their time sheets on the go!
4 Conect s Features Input Expenses Create a Profile Share Job Preferences Refer a Friend View Trainings Available Apply for New Roles And Many More Features!
5 Creating your profile Within Conect, you can create a profile that details your experience and other stats about you. This will help personalize your application!
6 Accessing your profile To get to your profile, or any other area, is very simple within the layout of Conect. When first loading up the app, a screen will appear that looks like this: Here you will be asked to input your awesome user name and your secret password You also can access the app through a finger print scan. Once done, tap Login Now!
7 Accessing Your Profile- Fingerprint When you first login, a pop up window will appear asking if you would like to enable the fingerprint login feature. This will allow you to use your fingerprint to access the app. A very secure feature. Note: If want to set this up later, you can always go through the setting tab through the top left drop down bars.
8 Home Screen This will lead you to the home screen, which is broken into sections by multiple squares leading to various areas about you, the consultant. To start creating your profile you can click on any of the squares, some suggestions to start with are: - About Me - Work Experience - Special About Me
9 Within the squares When you tap those boxes they will show you a new colorful screen to type in information about yourself!
10 Blue Circle The blue circle with the pen/wand in the middle has some great resources within it. When clicked, a screen will glide up where you can: - Input timesheets - Raise any issues through Tickets - View Resources - Input Expenses - Refer a Friend
11 Chats At the bottom right of the home screen you will see a conversation bubble. Once tapped, you will be able to communicate in real time with others who have the Conect application!
12 Timesheets A really cool feature of this app is the ability to input timesheets through it! This can save time and be more efficient than utilizing a desktop and even a laptop. To get to the timesheet area you will start again at the home screen. In the top left there are 3 bars, tap on there to pull up the correct tabs.
13 Timesheets Tab Once you select those bars, a darker screen will slide over with a list of other features. For now, lets focus on the Timesheets tab. This is where you can input your hours on the go!
14 Within Timesheets Here you will see a screen that asks to swipe right for previous week (as shown). You can swipe in that direction to input your hours from that week.
15 Viewing Timesheets After you swipe to the correct week, you will be able to input hours. On this screen you can view your ST (standard time) hours, OT (over time) hours, and time off. It is displayed separately on the screen in the multiple rows.
16 Inputting Hours The great thing is that inputting hours is super easy! You can just tap on the correct date and a number pad will pop up allowing you to type in the precise amount of hours for that correlating day. You will be able to input the ST, OT and any days off this same way.
17 Submitting Hours If you look to the bottom of the picture to the right you will see an area that reads Submit. Tap that button Make sure that you mark whether this is your last timesheet on the current project. Certainly double check you put in the correct hours ahead of submitting!
18 Timesheet Summary and Submit As viewed on the picture to the right, a pop up box appears giving you a summary of what hours you are about to submit. Select submit and your hours will be sent to the needed place. Another box will appear that says your hours were successfully submitted!
19 Job Preference The Conect mobile application is meant to be the consultant s right hand tool in regards to Collabera information! With that comes information that can help them land their next job with Collabera. A huge piece towards that goal of eventually helping with finding a new role after the current one ends is the Job Preferences square on the home page!
20 Within Job Preferences Within the Job Preferences you will be able to type in your preferred job location and salary. Combining this with filling out the profile and About Me sections will help Collabera s team of recruiters and sales folks find the perfect next destination role. This area will surely be expanding to find out even more preferred details to make sure the fit is seamless!
21 Redeployment Feature Speaking of perfect next destinations, the Conect app will alert you when your current contract is nearing its end. Collabera wants to continuously be a partner and so the app will help you apply and find a job as soon as possible after your current contract ends! Clicking on Redeploy Me will bring to relevant job opportunities.
22 Redeploy Me Redeploy Me has multiple ways to find the right role. At the forefront of the screen a suggest opportunity will appear. You can also search by location in the yellow bar at the bottom. Additionally, you can filter your search and view roles in a list view.
23 Swiping for a Career On that main role in the center of the screen you can actually swipe left or right to apply or not apply to one. If the position is one that is of interest to you, swipe left! This will send your resume to the appropriate recruiter for that role, a success notification will appear for confirmation. If the opportunity doesn t fit then swipe right and another may appear.
24 More Details If you want to learn more you can choose View Job Description and it will bring you to a screen like the one to the left that tells you about the opportunity in detail. You can decide to Apply or Skip from this screen by simply clicking on your choice.
25 Applied Want to review the roles you swiped left or applied for? At the top middle select Applied. There you will be able view all the roles that you were interested. Being able to confirm you applied for them as well as view the current status if the opportunity is still available.
26 Social Media The Conect application will help you connect with Collabera on social media! Through the application you can access Facebook and Twitter and view the Collabera social pages. This will aid in keeping you up to date on hottest tech trends, roles, and overall company news.
27 Viewing Social Media To view these feeds click on the tie icon at the top of the home page. The page you land on will allow you to shift from one social site to the other!
