3 Definition of a Trade Facilitation Single Window A. A metaphor for best practise, ICT enabled information exchange, sharing and processing in a reengineered trade facilitation environment. B. Reengineering includes such design principles as pre arrival clearances for inspection agencies and customs, and post arrival inspection on customer s own premises: C. SW Information Management includes: A single point of access; Secure single sign-on; Secure, single entry of data; A single point of decision making, and A single point of payment.
