The interested parties may give their competitive rates (inclusive of all taxes for supply to the said center) and other relevant documents/information in the prescribed Tender Form. The detailed information, terms and conditions are contained in the tender documents which may be obtained from the District Sports Development Officer, District Sports Authority, West Godavari District, Swimming Pool, Eluru on any working day from the date of publication of this notice on payment of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees one Thousand only), which is non refundable. Tender offer in the prescribed tender form along with all relevant documents sealed and completed in all respect must be submitted latest by 1/0/015 up to 01:00 PM in the office of DSA, West Godavari District, which will be opened on 1/0/015 at 4.00 pm in the Office District Collectorate, West Godavari District, Eluru in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. 5 TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF GYM EQUIPMENT 1. Earnest money deposit equivalent to % of the estimated cost in the form of Demand Draft issued by Bank in favour of District Sports Development Officer, District Sports Authority, West Godavari District Duly signed Tender Document along with relevant/requisitioned documents shall be submitted (Technical Bid) in Envelope A. The Financial bid be submitted in Envelope B 3. Both the bids should be submitted in a separate envelope on which the words Tender for supply of Gym equipment should be super scribed on the top of the left corner of the envelope which should also show the name and address of the bidder. 4. EMD to the unsuccessful bidder will be refunded after finalization and successful bidder after execution of supply. 5. The Joint Collector/Chairman, DPC, W.G., Eluru have the right to reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason.. Bids received without Rs.1,000/-, conditional or incomplete having cuttings or overwriting is liable to be rejected.. The technical bid of the bidders will be opened first and the financial bid will be opened only of the bidders whose Technical bid shall be accepted by the competent authority. 8. DSA, West Godavari District taking into account past performance of party, reserves the right to reject any tender.. The quoted Gym Equipment should be original and as per specifications mentioned in the tender schedule (attach proof if any) 10. The quoted price should be inclusive of all taxes and Transportation to the said two destinations 11. The tentative requirement is mentioned in Annexure-A 1. The quantities mentioned in the tender form are only tentative and may vary for which the bidder will not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever. 13. Items quoted by the firms should be strictly as per specifications of concerned Sports Federations. 14. The supplies shall be executed immediately on receipt of supply order. 15. The supplies received, if not found as per specification of tendered items, are liable to be rejected. 1. The Joint Collector/Chairman, DPC, W.G., Eluru, have the right of awarding the work to one supplier or different suppliers for the supply of sports equipment. 1. In case any dispute arises in regard to the tender, the decision of Joint Collector/Chairman, DPC, W.G., Eluru will be final and binding. 18. In case the bidder fails in making the supply in a given time and place the Institute shall have the right to purchase the same from the other source at the risk and cost of supplier. The Joint Collector/Chairman, DPC, W.G., Eluru will be legally competent to cancel the contract of supply and also to take any other action against the supplier including imposing of any penalty on the supplier during tendency and till the final execution of the contract of the supply, in case the supplier is ever found to have committed any fraud against DSA, West Godavari District in supplying the material or indulge in any other malpractice s thereof causing any financial losses during contract period. 1. In case of litigation, the courts at West Godavari District only will have jurisdiction for deciding case according to Indian law in force. 0. It must be noted that this is just an enquiry and does not amount to any commitment on the part of District Sports Authority, West Godavari District to order any or all products offered. The decision of District Sports Authority in this regard would be final and be entirely, at its discretion. 1.
