2 Postal services sector in Lithuania > 50 providers operate in the postal services market. Liberalised market As from 2013, following the implementation of a European Parliament directive, we have provided suitable conditions to use the network of Lietuvos Paštas for other providers of postal services, too. Universal postal service (UPS) We have been obligated to provide uninterrupted and available UPS to all residents of Lithuania. Trends Number of traditional mail items is decreasing. Number of parcels is growing. 2

12 Employees A huge team: > 5,740 employees EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT AND SOCIAL DIALOGUE Our collective agreement is one of the most progressive ones, we conduct regular consultations with employees and their representatives. Representatives of employees trade unions are always informed about the main strategic projects and changes, and we look for solutions together how to increase employee involvement and improve working conditions. IMPROVEMENT OF WORKING CONDITIONS AND MEANS In post offices which are being modernised comfortable work stations, and mobile postmen in rural locations are equipped with modern and smart devices for performance of postal operations as well as new service cars. INCREASE OF THE SALARY FUND The average salary in Lietuvos Paštas is increasing more rapidly than in the market, in order to keep the existing and to attract new employees. 18 A post office a place to buy 18 Over 600 urban and rural post offices in Lithuania. In modernised post offices we installed places for packing parcels for visitors stands and islands. You can already find us in 26 Lithuanian shopping centres as well as on central and tourist-preferred streets of cities and towns. We analyse our customers habits and needs and create a targeted and relevant assortment. In addition to packing goods, publications and postcards, in urban post offices we offer souvenirs and the most popular books of fiction and non-fiction. In rural post offices, visitors can buy the most necessary household and haberdashery goods as well as cosmetics.

22 UAB Baltic Post In 2010, a subsidiary of Lietuvos Paštas was set up to manage the brand LP EXPRESS. In many countries around the world, parcels are delivered directly to recipients. In Lithuania, parcels are delivered directly to recipients through couriers and selfservice parcel terminals as well as to post offices. Partners in Latvia Latvias Pasts and in Estonia Cargobus deliver parcels in 1-2 business days, while in Riga and Tallinn in 1 business day directly to recipients. In Latvia, parcels are also delivered to Circle K petrol stations. 102 self-service parcel terminals in 45 cities and towns of Lithuania 125 car fleet > 16,800 items per day > 3,500 business clients around Lithuania 22
