If the price of goods which are distributed to the visitors during the exhibition period exceeds US$ 5 or total a sum of US$ 2,500, a new tax will be imposed in such circumstances. <How to ship> 1. Hand carry - The organizer suggests each exhibitor bring their own exhibits with themselves if they are hand-carried items. 2. Courier (Fedex, DHL, OCS, TNT, UPS etc) and Parcel If the items for the fair are too big to hand carry, the exhibitor may use the mentioned service above and send the items to the official freight forwarder s as below.
