Quantities are limited; the Ingham Conservation District reserves the right to make substitutions and/or cancel orders and refund payment if necessary. Refund Policy: all orders cancelled after April 4, 2016 will not be refunded. Refunds will not be issued for cancelled orders until after the check has cleared the bank. Trees are bare root stock In accordance with Section 6 of Act 189, Public Act of 1931, plant stock purchased from the District MAY NOT be resold with roots attached. The Ingham Conservation District cannot guarantee survival.
