Innavisions provides standard off the shelf items as well as custom made packaging solutions. Established for 15 years, we specialise in injection moulded plastic food packaging which is tamper evident or film sealable. Service is the key to our philosophy and we are proud to have long and ongoing relationships with the majority of our customers. How do we operate? Innavisions are the exclusive UK Sales and Product Development partners to three leading European plastic packaging manufacturers. These manufacturers products combine to offer the widest range of standard injection moulded food packaging in the UK. Our UK Sales Office offers the customer a single point of contact for all counication, to ensure that you the customer gets the right product on time and in full. Shipping and invoicing is done directly from the manufacturer, so that we can offer the best possible prices. The best of both worlds. Innavisions also works closely with the manufacturers to offer new and innovative bespoke packaging solutions and our recent track record of doing this can be seen on the UK supermarket shelves. In addition, Innavisions works with alternative approved European manufacturers to offer off the shelf solutions where the need arises. Based in a new 2014 purpose built manufacturing site in Herentals, Belgium which is designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible. All offer a liquid tight lid closure which can be applied automatically or by hand. All sizes are available from stock in transparent PP and most are available with In Mould Label decoration subject to a minimum order size. Standard material grades are suitable for chill and ambient applications. Freeze grades are available by special order. Special Square Rectangle Oval Buckets Can be Filled Hot Film Sealable Injection moulded PP The PP packs are easily film sealed with standard sealing materials and all have the option of an over-lid if required. All sizes are available from stock in transparent PP and most are available with In Mould Lable decoration subject to a minium order size. Standard material grades are suitable for chill and ambient applications. Freeze grades are available by special order. Square, Rectangular, Oval Suitable for Freezing Microwavable Standard Containers Injection moulded PP Injection moulded in PP, the packs offer a clip on lid with good seal properties. They are non-tamper evident style which can be preferred for certain applications. Decoration options vary depending upon the pack. These are constantly evolving, but noted here are a few which are currently available. Culidish Twist Top Containers Promotional Drinking Cups Lids Options Available Specta Vis Injection moulded PP These packs are available in PP, which is unique in Europe for this style of pack, or in paperboard. High quality offset print is offered on the tubs while lid decoration options vary according to the product. A cost effective format for a printed pack Handle Options Available Transparent Grades Liquid Tight Lid Offset Print Line work print directly on the tub Thermoformed Film Sealable Trays Thermoformed PP Most are thermoformed in PP, although some are offered in PS and PET also. The particular application which dictate the most suitable material and hence options available. All trays listed here, either injection moulded or thermoformed, are manufactured in PP and are therefore suitable for hot filling and microwaving. The injection moulded range are more robust and are generally slightly heavier gauge. In addition they generally have smooth straight walls whereas thermoformed trays have ridged walls for added strength. 6 Tamper Evident Injection Moulded, PP Innavisions offer the widest range of tamper evident style packs in the UK ranging in size from 30ml to 5000ml. packs make up the largest section of standard items, but in addition some interesting shapes are offered under a standard round lid. Adding to the options available are square, rectangular and oval ranges, some of which are unique in the market place. Tamper evident style packs offer some great benefits to both the food packer and to the end consumer. They are easy and simple to close, either by machine or by hand, and have the ability to be re-closed by the consumer. The closure is liquid tight whilst the tamper evident rim protects the lid from being accidentally removed during transit. The PP material does offer the ability to hot fill and to microwave the pack, within limitations. Nearly all the packs listed are held as stock items in transparent PP by the manufacturer. Customisation is available with colouring of the PP and with branding via In Mould Labelling (IML), which offers the highest quality of print in a permanent format. These are subject to minimum order sizes. All packs are produced with fully direct food contact approved grades of PP in manufacturing facilities fully accredited to grade A level BRC/IOP. They do not have a tamper evident rim and so are sometimes preferred where easy closing and lid removal is important. This special labelling system allows food products to be reheated at different levels within one microwaving operation. This optimises the heating and hence quality of the reheated food. Twist Top Jars injection moulded in PP in two sizes offering a film sealable pack, with In Mould Labelling and a twist off lid. Promotional Drinking Cups a unique range of cups with high quality In Mould Label decoration for the promotional and collectable markets. Lids are also available with optional straw holes. 21 Specta Vis PP and Paperboard The ability to produce this style of pack in PP is unique to our manufacturer in Europe and can offer a really competitive printed cup with either a thermoformed or injection moulded lid. The PP material can offer a high gloss or even a transparent finish to stand out from other cups in the market. All cups and lids are made to order.
