6 PRICE Rs Each Ex works Pune PRICE BASIS The prices quoted by us are on Ex works Pune basis, exclusive of packing, forwarding, freight, insurance, sales tax, excise duty etc.. The prices are also net of 'MODVAT' The present rates are as below : Packing Excise duty Sales Tax Transit Insurance Freight 2% of ex-works % on ex-works packed price. 2% against form 'C' By you By you Any other levies that may be applicable shall be charged at actuals to your account at the rates prevailing at the time of despatch of the equipment Payment 30 % Balance and balance against despatch documents through Bank. Bank charges to your account. Validity Our offer is valid for your acceptance for a period of 30 days from the date of offer. Supervision of Erection and Commissioning Our standard rates for deputing our personnel for carrying out supervision of erection and commissioning are as below : Service Engineer : Rs. 7,500/- per day, per person To and Fro first class train/air travelling upto site and local conveyance charges shall be to your account at actuals. Advance notice of 15 to 20 days is required for deputing our Personnel. Delivery

7 16-20 weeks from the date of receipt of techno-commercially clear purchase order and approved drgs.. Increase in Prices of Raw Materials The prices quoted for the plant/equipment are based on the current prices of stainless steel, aluminium, copper and such other materials going into the manufacture thereof. Should there be any upward revision in the prices of all or any of the aforesaid materials between the date of the offer AND 60 days prior to the delivery of the plant/equipment, such increase in prices shall be to your account. Guarantee The equipment offered by us is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of commissioning or eighteen months from the date of supply, whichever is earlier.
