It should be clearly identified with respect to TCL's material code. Material send in mixed lots will not be accepted and may lead to rejection of material by our stores department. Material should be packed in standard road-worthy packing to avoid transit damages. Please use eco-friendly recyclable packing for the materials & avoid use of Plastics as far as possible for better environment control at our end. 6.0 Insurance: Transit Insurance will be arranged by us and you have to submit dispatch details well in advance by Fax / Delivery: within 3-4Weeks After dispatch of material, wou will mail us dispatch details (like PO No., Item Code, Item Qty, Invoice No. & Date, LR No & Date, Road Permit Form 403 number etc) 8.0 Mode of Transport: To be booked through any suitable transport like TCI or New Mithapur Transport (BUT Not by ARC, STC, Gati, Jamnagar Transport, Ambika Roadways.etc) directly reaching to Mithapur(Destination) on Freight Paid basis. 4 You should instruct to transporter to declare the following declaration on the LR Note as per circular No. B1/6/2005dated27th July 2005 of the Board of Central Excise & Customs: It is certified that the credit of duty has not been availed on the inputs and capital goods, which have been used for providing taxable service on goods transportation by road. 9.0 Guarantee: You shall guarantee the material for specifications and dimensional accuracies as per the drawing. In case of any type of rejection due to Foundry / Manufacturing defects, you shall supply the material at free of cost Inspection: All materials are subject to Inspection / Verification and acceptance at our Stores Acceptance of Order: Kindly send us your order acceptance letter within seven days for our records. If your order acceptance is not received within seven days we will consider that you have accepted all our terms and conditions.
