For the delivery to be considered compliant, delivered pallet must obey the following specifications (Annex G - General Terms of Purchase and Supply) The loads: The palletized load shall not exceed the load under the pallet (Merchandise + support) or 1000 Kg Max (and 850 kg for positions in mechanical injection). The load must be stable and secured to the socket to prevent slipping during transport and during handling. Packages shall in no case extend beyond the support. PALLETIZING PLAN : It must be rational and allow a quick check of the content P.5/25-03/07/2014
6 THE HEIGHT: The maximum height is 1.85m (Merchandise + support) to allow loading and unloading of trucks. The advocating for the prevention of risks of accidents at work and professional diseases must be respected. 1,50 m 1,75 m 5 kg 5 kg 1,85 m 1,75 m If the basis of the last layer is a 1.75 m we can accept a greater height layer, if: - The weight of package is not exceeding 5 kg - The package dimensions do not exceed 60 cm wide and 40 cm deep for easy gripping.. P.6/25-03/07/2014
7 TRANSPORT OPTIMIZATION : If homogeneous pallets are stacked will be asked optimizing palletizing such a basic palette of 1.40 m and 0.50 m stacked pallet. LOAD STABILITY : Cardboard dividers or slip sheets may be added between layer to ensure the stability of the load during transport operations. These dividers or sheets should be sparingly. NOTE: The glue dots are prohibited between the first layers of package and timber carrier to ensure good stability between packages to avoid breaking into a warehouse. FILMING: Filming starts from the base of support and ensures the entire contents of the pallet. The tension of filming consolidates and allows better handling, transport, unloading and operations storage without destabilizing the load and must prevent movement or the products fall. For fragile products, cardboard and angles flaps adapted heights strengthen the whole. The film must be necessarily transparent to allow control of Goods unless need light protection products (Brasserie) P.7/25-03/07/2014
8 3-2 VARIOUS palletization "UNIFORM" palletizing The pallet is a homogeneous when it is a single product pallet "SANDWICH" palletizing It is composed of several pallets homogeneous. This solution optimizes the upstream transport.. Identification EAN 128 Homogeneous Pallet Note: For shipping units of more than one meter, labels must be placed on two adjacent sides and so that all barcodes are located at a height between 400 mm and 800 mm from the base of the shipping unit, and a minimum distance of 50 mm from the vertical edge of the unit. SANDWICH Pallet Filming integrate all the supports. P.8/25-03/07/2014 Bonnes pratiques de palettisation fournisseurs

Each cell must be visible without removing the pallet. Heterogeneous pallet CHIMNEY Pallet P.9/25-03/07/2014
10 3-2-5 The palletizing on pallet called "MOTHER" Half pallets, half box... must be delivered on a so-called "mother" 800 x 1200 pallet. To ensure the stability of the load, the half pallets must be filmed individually. Stacked on a pallet carrier, they must be returned together. Banding The so-called "overlay" palletizing This is performed only for palletizing to optimize the transport. To protect the top layer, an interlayer must be positioned. May be envisaged a banding Of half pallets on the pallet mother to enhance stability. Protection interlayer 1,10 m 1,10 m Note: The maximum weight of all pallets must match the maximum supportable weight of mother pallet. P.10/25-03/07/2014 Bonnes pratiques de palettisation fournisseurs
