Exhibitor Rights: An exhibitor or full time company employee can set up and dismantle their own booth display. You may hire Freeman to install and dismantle your exhibit You may hire an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor to perform this work 13 hanging sign labor Eliminate or minimize overtime expense by planning in advance. Place your Hanging Sign labor order prior to exhibitor move-in. Takes advantage of the maximum discount. Labor orders placed at show site are subject to surcharges of up to 40%. 8 i&d labor Please be aware of the following when ordering Labor through Freeman: ACE18 Move In: Friday June 8 8:00 am 5:00 pm Saturday June 9 8:00 am 5:00 pm Sunday June 10 8:00 am 5:00 pm Monday June 11 8:00 am 5:00 pm * All booths must be show ready: 5:00 pm Monday, June 11. Start time is guaranteed only at start of workday - 8:00 am. One hour minimum per person thereafter, (1/2) hour increments. You must check-in at the Freeman Service Desk to pick-up your labor. Exhibits can be set up prior to your arrival using Freeman Supervised labor 15 i&d labor Labor must be canceled in writing, 24 hours in advance to avoid a one (1) hour cancellation fee per worker. When scheduling dismantle labor, be sure to allow sufficient time for empty containers to be returned to your booth. This process can sometimes take between 8-10 hours. 9 loading dock Freeman manages all freight docks and schedules all vehicles in and out of the hall for unloading and loading. Freeman has sole responsibility for the loading and unloading of all trucks, and trailers, for both common and contract carriers. Exhibitor Rights You may hand carry materials. Enables proper planning for travel and related expenses. Advance warehouse shipments are guaranteed in your booth by target date. What are the disadvantages for not sending shipments in advance? All delivering carriers must check in at the Marshalling Yard prior to delivery to the facility.
