1 SMURFS SUNSHINE COAST HOLIDAY PROMOTION Terms and Conditions 1. The Smurfs Sunshine Coast Holiday Promotion (Promotion) commences at 9.30am (local time) on April 10, 2017 and concludes at 5.00pm (local time) on April 23, 2017 (Promotion Period). 2. The Promotion is promoted by Vicinity Centres PM Pty Ltd ACN (Promoter) of Midland Gate Shopping Centre, 274 Great Eastern Highway, Midland WA 6056 ( Midland Gate ). 3. All entrants will be subject to, and will need to adhere to, the terms and conditions as set out by the Promoter and any future terms and conditions or alterations to these terms and conditions. Prize 4. The Promotion prize pool has a total value of $5,939 and consists of a package for four (4) people sharing an apartment at Monaco Resorts, 12 Otranto Avenue, Caloundra QLD 4551 (Monaco Caloundra) (the Prize). The Prize includes: a. Flights ($3,000); b. Five nights accommodation ($1,245); c. Australia Zoo package ($694); and d. Spending money ($1,000). 5. The Prize is subject to the following conditions: a) The Prize is for four (4) persons, one of which must be 18 years or over; b) All elements are subject to availability at the time of booking. There is no cash alternative; c) The Prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to additional terms and conditions of the supplier of the Prize; d) The Prize is not to be taken over Australian Public or National holidays; e) Black-out dates for Monaco Caloundra apartments are from 15 September 2017 to 2 October 2017; f) Australia Zoo tour must be pre-booked and is subject to availability. g) Travel must be completed by 31 October 2017;

2 h) The winner will be required to provide valid credit card details upon check in to the hotel as security for any incidentals; i) If the winner is under 18 then his/her guest must be his/her parent or guardian. All participants under the age of 18 must have prior consent from their parent or guardian before entering the Promotion and must be able to provide evidence of such consent on request; j) Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are non-endorsable and non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation and/or scheduling arrangements will be at the expense of the winner and their travelling companions. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across different time periods; k) Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. The winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia. Airport transfers are not included. These conditions apply for all flights; and l) Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter s absolute and final decision. 6. The Prize is supplied by Sony Pictures Releasing Pty Limited ABN of Level 26, 1 Market St, Sydney NSW 2000 (Supplier). How to Enter 7. To enter the Promotion, entrants must, during the Promotion Period do one of the following: a. complete Midland Gate s Smurfs Treasure Trail school holiday activity (Purchase); i. present a complete Treasure Trail map (Map) to the Customer Service Desk evidencing the Purchase to receive an official entry form for the Promotion (Entry Form) and allow the Map to be stamped by staff at the Customer Service Desk thereby deeming it no longer valid for obtaining any additional Entry Forms; b. Purchase tickets to see Smurfs: The Lost Village at Ace Cinemas Midland Gate (Purchase); i. Each family who purchases tickets will receive an Entry Form from Ace Cinemas Midland. 8. Entrants must correctly and completely fill out the Entry Form and place it into the entry barrel located at the Customer Service Desk or at Ace Cinemas Midland. 9. Entry Forms that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions are invalid.

3 General Terms and Conditions 10. Entrants are only entitled to one (1) Entry Form for each completed Map and one (1) per family movie Purchase. 11. Entrants may only enter the promotion up to twice in accordance with these terms and conditions. Entry Forms must be originals as no copies or facsimiles of Entry Forms will be accepted. 12. The draw will be drawn by Ace Cinemas at 9.00am on (local time) on May 3, 2017 at Ace Cinemas Midland Gate, 274 Great Eastern Highway, Midland WA 6056 (Draw). 13. The winning Entry Form drawn at the Draw must conform to all terms and conditions. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected Entry Forms. Entry Forms which contain incorrect contact details shall be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved. 14. Any decision made by Centre Management at Midland Gate in respect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 15. The first valid entry drawn from the Draw will be deemed to be the winner (Winner). 16. The Winner does not need to be present at the Draw and will be notified by , telephone or mail. Ace Cinemas will arrange a time with the Winner to pick up the Prize. 17. If the Winner cannot be contacted within three (3) months of the Draw (i.e. attempts to contact the Winner have met with failure), the Winner will no longer be entitled to the Prize and the Promoter may undertake a re-draw at a time and place determined by the Promoter. In such case, the first valid Entry Form drawn in the re-draw will be entitled to the Prize (Replacement Winner). The Replacement Winner is then the winner of the Prize for the purposes of these terms and conditions. 18. If the Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory requirements. 19. Proof of identity will be required to claim the Prize. 20. If the Winner is under 18 years of age, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner s nominated parent/guardian upon presentation of photo identification. The parent/guardian shall be deemed the Winner for the purposes of these terms and conditions. 21. By entering the Promotion, the entrants hereby give Midland Gate and the Promoter authority to publicly announce their name (should they be the Winner or Replacement Winner) at the time of the Draw and at any stage thereafter. 22. The Promotion is open to all persons except employees, contractors, agents of Midland Gate, sponsors of the Promotion and their immediate families; employees of Vicinity Limited or related body corporate and their immediate families; tenants in Midland Gate

4 and their immediate families; the staff of tenants in Midland Gate and their immediate families; the contractors of tenants in Midland Gate and their immediate families; the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of the Promotion and their immediate families. Immediate families means spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) and grandparents. Tenant means lessees, licensees and, in the case of a corporation, includes their directors. 23. By partaking in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may use information provided on an Entry Form or in connection with claiming the Prize in accordance with Vicinity Centres Privacy Statement. A copy of Vicinity Centres Privacy Statement will be available for viewing at Centre Management Office, Midland Gate or at By participating in the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter collects personal information about entrants for the purposes of: a. including entrants in the Promotion and, where appropriate, awarding Prizes; if the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Promotion; and b. enabling the Promoter to use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact the entrant in the future with information on special offers or provide entrants with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages (SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM (Instant Messaging) and ) or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future. The Promoter may share information with its Australian related companies or promotional partners, who may contact the entrant with special offers in this way. By entering the promotion, an entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant's personal information in this manner. The Prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to these terms and conditions. 26. This Promotion is only open to residents of Western Australia. 27. The warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of the Promotion remains the sole responsibility of the supplier/service provider of the Prize. 28. The Promoter (including its related entities) and its respective officers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the Promotion or in connection with a Prize. 29. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize.
