5 HOW TO PURCHASE To purchase your membership you will need to follow this link: tickets.bristol-sport.co.uk/memberships You will then need to add your membership into the basket and create yourself an account or sign in using your Supporter ID number and password. If you are purchasing more than one membership you will need to create multiple accounts and link them together (this is explained in more detail later on). 6 CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT After you have selected Add to Basket you will be prompted to log in, you can also create an account at this stage if you do not already have one.

Once you have created your account you will automatically be sent an email with your Supporter ID number and password.

8 If you are purchasing for somebody else and you want to assign the membership to them you can do this by clicking Assign Owners For example, the membership is currently for Emily however this can be assigned to Ben.

9 You will then have to select Add Friends & Family You will need to provide their: Supporter ID Postcode Surname This will link their account to yours enabling you to purchase a membership on their behalf.

10 Once you have added your membership into the basket you will be prompted to add in one ticket voucher per membership, as shown below:

11 Finally, you just need to input your payment details and select your delivery method and your membership purchase will be complete! We will contact you when your membership is due to be sent or collected, depending on which delivery option you have selected.
