Through this cooperation, the whole society can conduct e-commerce transaction through Agent46 BNI. Jakarta, December 15th, 2017 PT. Dinamika Mitra Sukses Makmur (DMSM) and PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) tbk (BNI), signed an MOU to optimize Agent46 transactions. This collaboration is a real form of BNI with support from DMSM to make Agent46 a One Stop Solution transaction for both urban and rural communities in order to increase literacy and financial inclusion. Through this cooperation, the whole society can conduct e-commerce transaction through Agent46 BNI. The signing ceremony between BNI and DMSM was held in Jakarta, Friday (15 December 2017) the MOU was signed by President and CEO of Indivara Group Jusuf Sjariffudin, and SEVP TI BNI Dadang Setiabudi. Through Agent46, the public can open an account, deposit and withdraw cash, purchase credit and electrical token, as well as payment of monthly bills such as utility bills, PDAMs, and e-commerce transactions. Dinamika Mitra Sukses Makmur (DMSM) is an E-Commerce company under PT. Indivara Sejahtera Sukses Makmur (Indivara Group). Mentimun, DMSM s e-commerce applications brand has a program called WARUNG MENTIMUN which aimed to enhance Indonesian self-owned stores which located in rural areas become more profitable and cost efficient. Currently this program has about 3,000 physical stores which have done all of their stocks purchase by using Mentimun application. This number will continue to grow along with the business expansion of the Mentimun team. We want to make Agent46 as an entrepreneur, without need to hustle on looking for goods and places to sell. Through Agen 46 mobile application which integrated with Mentimun apps the goods are all there and ready to sell, he said. As for DMSM, this partnership strengthen its position of being a reliable application for micro - small business owners. 6 This cooperation also helps to increase the absorption of KUR from BNI to the entire network of Mentimun stores. In addition, for Agent46 who already have a store, Mentimun could facilitate them to get their store s needs with a cheaper price and also increase the type of merchandise without having to increase capital just by joining Mentimun. This benefit is in line with Mentimun s goal which is increasing the welfare of all Indonesian people especially in rural areas, added Jusuf. Currently the Mentimun has been connected with several large suppliers of people basic needs that will certainly be able to meet the needs of each Agent 46 s stores. This could ease the distribution to each Agent46 s stores so that they could provide and meet the basic needs of communities in each region with competitive price. 6 Agent46 BNI can sell about 64,000 items through the Mentimun application. There are a lot of categories in Mentimun that could be sell from electronics, consumer goods, gadgets, fashion, to gaming accessories. Customers can search the items on the Mentimun apps which has been integrated with Agent Application46 then order and pay through Agent46 and then goods will be sent directly to the customers.
