As the Chief Digital Officer for Haaretz, Israel s most prestigious newspaper, I oversee all of the Haaretz's new media endeavors from its business, technology, marketing and editorial aspects. I manage a team of 65 developers, project and product managers, designers, editors and sales people. This team has introduced dozens of successful websites and apps. I'm also a frequent speaker at international and national conferences, including South by Southwest 2015, World Editors Forum and the Israeli UI/UX association. Retargeting and Location Tracking I've been working in the mobile advertising and marketing industry for the past five years for several leading companies. Working at a large corporate after working with various start-ups gives me great exposure to diverse areas such as app monetization (advertising & IAP), app promotion, ASO, media buying, affiliate marketing, mobile advertising, public relations, partnership management and business development. As part of my responsibilities I recruited and managed a team of affiliate advertising account managers and mobile content media buyers. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in developing digital businesses, strategy planning of digital activities for large corporations Matti Yahav has served as VP Global Marketing since June 2015, leading the entire life cycle of SodaStream products from innovation to commercialization, as well as all global marketing communications. Mr. Yahav joined SodaStream in January 2015 as Product Marketing Director. From 2008 to 2014, Matti worked at Osem-Nestle in various marketing roles and brings more than 15 years of marketing experience in consumer goods products. I m currently working with Airbnb, the most exciting accommodation/experience provider out there. In this role I am in charge of developing the Israeli and Czech markets, driving the growth on both supply and demand sides, helping more people to discover and use our amazing platform. In this era of shared economy and disruption, I can't think of a better company to be a part of.

Over the past few years at Google, Sivan has gained unique experience in building complex online marketing strategies across channels and countries. She worked closely with some of Israel s leading tech companies, consulting them regarding their marketing strategy, including: market research, PPC, attribution & conversion funnel optimization. Didier Rappaport is the CEO and co-founder of happn, the new buzz app that is turning the dating industry upside down. Mike Hines is a Developer Evangelist at Amazon in Seattle, Washington. Mike comes to Amazon after four startups in Financial Services and Software (two of which are still operating) and 13 years at Microsoft.
