4 My role needs to protect revenue I will do this through excellent customer service. I am proactive in my approach to passengers and assisting to deliver the best service to our customers. I will treat everyone as if they intended to pay for travel. I am friendly and approachable. I know about Manchester. I am a subject expert on this line, if I don t know the answer I will get it for you. I take pride in my appearance and demonstrate the MRDL values in everything I do. We are Metrolink RATP Dev Limited (MRDL), an award winning subsidiary of RATP Dev, one of the largest transport companies in the world. We operate Manchester s Metrolink on behalf of Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM). For this role we are offering the following benefits and opportunities: 6 month fixed term contract with a salary of 17K per annum pro rata Shift patterns of 6am to 12pm and / or 2pm to 6pm Tram travel - you can travel anywhere on our network for free at any time Contributory pension of up to 5% Potential future opportunities to develop your career at MRDL and RATP Dev Candidates must have the ability to travel to either Wythenshawe and the Airport as they must be able to sign on at either location by 6am.
