7 Proses Pembaharuan Pendaftaran Pembaharuan pendaftaran perlu dibuat melalui SRM SUS Portal Additional Company Data Procurement Made Easier Renewal Registration Complete form & Accept Payment RM100 6

9 Sekatan Akaun Mulai 1 November 2014, pembekal yang luput tarikh pendaftaran akan DISEKAT untuk melakukan aktiviti berikut melalui sistem. 1) Melayari SRM SUS Portal 2) Menerima Pesanan Belian (PO) 3) Menghantar invois secara atas talian (E-invoicing) Nota: Pembaharuan pendaftaran masih boleh dibuat walaupun akaun disekat

11 Kemaskini Maklumat Syarikat Pembekal perlu memastikan maklumat syarikat di SRM SUS Portal dikemaskini Company Profile Bank Account Product Category Company Profile Bank Account Product Category Mgmt. Shareholders Bermula Disember 2014, pembekal boleh mengemaskini maklumat GST melalui SRM SUS Portal 10 Procurement Made Easier

15 HOW TO RENEW SUPPLIER REGISTRATION 1. Log-in to TM SRM-SUS Portal at Note : If you do not have user ID & password, please contact our online SRM Helpdesk at Supplier Enquiry Form

16 2. Under Supplier Self-Service menu tab, click Additional Company Data

17 3. Under Supplier Registration tab, click Renewal Registration

18 4. TM Integrity Agreement screen will appear. Please read through the Integrity Pact agreement and declaration before entering the particulars of company s Managing Director or Chief Executive Officer. 5. Click to proceed.

19 6. To pay renewal fee (RM100.00) at TM Point, please print and bring this renewal slip to any nearest TM Points. 7. To pay online, just click at link.

20 8. A copy of notification will be sent to your MD/CEO address. 9. After payment being made, it will update your registration period for another 2 years. Thank You - END -
