Senior Marketing Manager Navitas Group Marketing Fulltime, Ongoing Navitas is a diversified global education provider founded in 1994 that offers an extensive range of educational services for students and professionals including university programs, English language training and settlement services, creative media education, workforce education and student recruitment. Navitas provides services for over 83,000 people in 23 countries. Navitas is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager. The primary purpose of this role is taking a leadership role in market development, market diversification and growth within the Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau markets. Strong analytical and communication skills are required for this role, as is experience in managing budgets and sales forecasts. Key Responsibilities Drive Marketing Managers to achieve sales targets for individual colleges and overall targets for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore Lead and coordinate Navitas ANZ and Singapore participation in international market development activities including travel and promotion of the company s products and services to agents, sponsorship bodies and potential students / candidates Assist the Country Manager to prepare ANZ and Singapore destination market and business unit specific sales forecasts through the analysis of market trends Compile sales figures relating to market volume and share of market and manage the ANZ and Singapore sales function across Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau Work with line reports to deliver high calibre destination market specific sales training to the agent and partner institution network, incorporating the use of PPP agent incentives Consistently engage with Business Unit based colleagues to develop unique sales and marketing strategies designed to grow sales and market share in Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau Support pipeline management and engagement for Institutional Partner Schools, University Pathways and their in-country partners Collaborate with the Country Manager and Regional Account Managers to develop an appropriate Navitas Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau Strategic Marketing and Sales Plans for the Australia, New Zealand and Singapore markets and manage implementation within new and existing regions Provide monthly reports on all aspects of ANZ and Singapore marketing and sales activity, including student recruitment targets, promotional activities, expenditure, competitor activity, market trends and issues Develop marketing and sales objectives and strategies for a group of allocated products and for the launch of new or changed products Essential Criteria Possession of a tertiary degree level qualification and/or 2-5 years of marketing experience Demonstrate high level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills inclusive of presentation skills Demonstrated and proven ability as a team player Demonstrated flexible attitude to work including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment activities both locally and internationally Demonstrated and proven ability to initiate and implement marketing strategies and sales tactics which have made a significant contribution to sustainable business growth Demonstrated innovative thinking and proactive work habits inclusive of an eye for detail and for new recruitment initiatives

Overview and objectives of the position: This role forms an integral part of the Navitas (Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau) Group Marketing team and will be based within Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau. The position reports to the Country Manager China and will work closely across global Navitas divisions within ANZ, UK, North America and Singapore. The Senior Marketing Manager China will predominantly be responsible and accountable for sales and marketing of: Navitas University Programs Division for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore The overall objective of the position is to take a leadership role in market development, market diversification and growth within Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau. Develop marketing and sales objectives and strategies for a group of allocated products and for the launch of new or changed products xii. Ensure that products and marketing comply with ethical and legal standards xiii. Promote the company, actions and products by undertaking necessary and appropriate liaison with various external stakeholders including both government and non-government agencies (AEI, AustCham, DIBP etc) xiv. Collaborate with the Country Manager Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau on the preparation and release of publicity in accordance with established policies and procedures and maintain excellent relations with press, radio, television, national magazines and other media xv. Liaise with Group emarketing on developing and implementing a market leading Navitas ANZ and Singapore online presence in Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau Financial xvi. xvii. xviii. Collaborate with the Country Manager Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau to prepare ANZ budgets and forecasts Day to day management of ANZ and Singapore marketing budgets within Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau including; travel, entertainment and destination market specific activity (e.g fam tours, paid exhibitions, agents workshop ) Control expenses and evaluate the effectiveness of products and strategies Business Development xix. xx. xxi. xxii.
