Learnership Benefits to Companies: BEE Scorecard & Structuring With the introduction of the amended BEE codes, skills development has become even more important under the codes. Through this program Novia One (Incorporating Hedge Fund Academy) would be able to optimise the employers spend on learnerships to provide maximum points towards the scorecard by proving a structured solution.
