Product overview: TCaPol DNA Polymerase Thermostable DNA polymerase that has an increased efficiency for incorporating unconventional nucleotides such as ddntps, acyntps or fluorescent nucleotides. TCaPol DNA Polymerase is supplied with a reaction buffer and 100 mm MgCl 2. M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase RNase H- DNA Polymerase Genetically modified M-MLV reverse transcriptase with RNA or DNA dependent DNA polymerase activity but lacking RNase H activity. The optimal reaction temperature for this enzyme is 37 C. The kit contains M-MLV RT RNase H-, 2 buffers, vials of 25 mm MgCl 2, 20 mm MnCl 2 and 100 mm DTT. dntp Mix and Set dntps are chemically synthesised and have 99% purity determined by HPLC.
