Data Entry - Administrator Position reference Position type Remuneration Service Area/division/state Effective date 10049 Full time fixed term until 30 June 2018 with possibility of extension, working 38 hours per week. $51,690 - $60,305 per annum pro rata plus 9.5% superannuation and salary packaging Business Information Systems Information Systems/Central Office Heidelberg /VIC December 2017 Working within the Business Information Systems team, this position will provide attention to detail entering in client data and develop an understanding of our reporting and data requirements. The role of the Information Systems team is to facilitate and integrate information systems and services to support the achievement of Mind s objectives. Maintain all ICT infrastructure across the business Analyse business needs: practice, procedure, policy, systems Develop a reporting framework, testing, system configuration, change management, tools Integrate across the business, data/information, operational needs with systems Support training, information systems, the service desk, report delivery and interpretation
Data entry & administrative support Customer Service Workplace Health and Safety Accountability Participation in Mind organisational processes Other duties Ability to navigate different computer systems Ability to input data entry in an accurate manner and provide administration support Ability to read and interpret customer contracts while maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information Ability to use Customer Management Systems or other systems as required by the organisation. Read and interpret customer contracts Assist the Information Systems team by entering client data into the Client Management System entering contract (such as service agreements) information into Client Management System Provide assistance in some system administration tasks Other data entry and administrative duties as required Ability to build relationships with internal teams to meet the organisation s reporting requirements. Effectively communicate with other teams and demonstrate understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus. Liaise with, cooperate with and advise/assist employees/managers of services within Mind to ensure there is sufficient information for creating customer records. Build and develop strong working relationships with the Information Systems team and with other employees as required Actively contribute to the maintenance of a safe workplace. Reports directly to the General Manager of Information Systems. Core Requirements Proficient in computer systems. Related qualification as deemed appropriate by Mind is preferred. Current valid Driver s License. Current National Police Record Check. Current Working With Children Check (Employee). This position is full time fixed term working 38 hours per week until 30 June 2018. Working days will generally be Monday to Friday worked between the hours of 8am to 6pm as required. Please note that the work pattern may be subject to change to meet the needs of the service. You are able to salary package a tax free amount, which is currently up to $15,900 per FBT year, plus other items including meal and entertainment and accommodation. The amount available for salary packaging will be subject to Commonwealth legislation as it applies from time to time and on the basis that Mind will not incur any liabilities for FBT. Mind offers salary packaging through an outsourced provider (currently RACV Salary Solutions). Other conditions are as per Mind s industrial agreement. Employer superannuation contribution will be paid according to the legislative requirement. Appointment is subject to a six month probationary period of employment.
