2 / 15 3 / 15 Ethos At Structen, we have a positive and inclusive culture that ensures a happy team who are all committed to the quality of our service and workmanship. 1 WE LISTEN This is not only a form of respect; it is fundamentally important to the success of every project we undertake. We understand the importance of listening, and so we do. With over two decades of industry experience, our company culture is our most powerful driving force, driven by core values. We know the manner in which we want to conduct business. It is the reason that people are drawn to work with us, the reason that some people don t fit, and the reason that people stay. 2 WE RE HONEST No sugar coating, no twisting, no fabricating, no stories, no bluffs. You will get the truth. Always. (even if it s ugly) We operate our organisation based on three very simple values that we believe in, and we uphold. Our success is built upon upholding these values, and by treating the people who help us along the way with fairness and respect. We will never compromise this to make a profit. NEVER. 3 WE ALWAYS DO WHAT S RIGHT Values are not old fashioned. Right has always been right. Wrong has always been wrong. When confronted with a choice, we will always do what is right. Not sometimes, not 90% of the time, ALWAYS.

14 / 15 15 / 15 See You Tomorrow In many corporations, the managers of the company make public statements to promote their companies on the merits of their outstanding attention to safety, then return to the boardroom and leave it to delegates to enforce. When injury or death occurs, the managers are shocked that their safety first organisation has been inattentive to the safety they have been liberally promoting. At Structen, our safety culture begins at the top. Our dedicated WHS manager works side by side with our directors to ensure that we know exactly what we need to do to keep our team safe at work. We are a highly reliable organisation (HRO) and we are committed to keeping it that way. We want to see all our workmates and subcontractors tomorrow and so do their families. Financial Responsibility We do not outsource the finance of our company to anyone. Our financial operations are managed by Director, Lyndall Reeves who holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Accounting), so we always know what our exact financial position is on any given day. We engage a highly experienced external accountant for tax, auditing and transparency purposes. Structen has no company debt and all our equipment is company owned. We pay all of our suppliers and subcontractors ON TIME. This means that we have a very loyal team. We get the best possible prices at tender time and quality work is carried out on time meaning our projects often finish ahead of schedule. They work hard for us and here at Structen, we are committed to treating our staff right. Profit SHARE We proudly donate a share of our profits to these amazing charites!
